Any way of decreasing the injury proneness of a player

I've just found a fantastic youngster but i just scouted him and it says he is injury prone.

Is there any way of decreasing this?

@Seb Wassell There's something in the back of my mind that says it can decrease over a period of time if the player stays injury free, but I could easily be wrong there.  Can Injury Proneness decrease over time and/or with medical help, or is the player forever doomed to be Gareth Bale?

There is no direct way to do this. The likelihood of recurring injuries can be reduced by seeing a specialist when injured. The other variables (such as training load) can also be reduced, which all add up to likelihood of injury. Injury Proneness is just one factor in how likely a player is to get injured, with the right care a injury prone player can overcome this, unless that player is Abou Diaby.

It wouldn't make much sense to decrease this attribute. What we can do, though, is limit the risk via training/match fitness and so on. E.g. Daniel Agger couldn't keep the intense schedule of the EPL and went to Brondby where he has more time to rest.

Also worth noting that there are different levels of injury proneness (scale 1-20) which in game are described differently. A player closer to 20 is obviously much more of a problem than a player closer to 10.
