vasilli07
You didn't say what is working or what is not working.
permanentquandary
Initial suggestions: switch your full backs to support and ML winger to WP/WM(A). With two wingers, they stay wide, and that's really bad for your formation.
kingjericho
I know of a certain user who has been using this formation for over 10 years it's an incredibly demanding tactic for the DM, and having him as an Anchor Man means you will limit a lot of his passes. Maybe change him to a more traditional Defensive Midfielder. With this tactic you will always need to focus on the flanks because there is a big space in the centre, so your full backs should provide some support. tyro
Upon first look using the shape and duties you have chosen you have 2 separate groups doing things. So many of your players on defend duty. You might want to review and change some to supporting roles. The poacher will be extremely advanced with the highly structured shape. Is he getting isolated? Other than that, without knowing more, we wont be able to help.
