Promotion Playoffs - Number of promoted Teams Problem

Hello at all,

I am currently facing a issue which I can't solve by my own.

 

I have a parent competition with 8 sub divisions. The upper competition has 2 Divisions (West/East), so the Playoffs should be "regional".

The Divisions are:

• Division 1/2: 1 Playoff Team
• Division 3 (organized in 2 Groups): 2 Playoff Teams
• Division 4: 1 Playoff Team
• Division 5-7 (organized in 2 Groups): 1 Playoff Team
• Division 8: 1 Playoff Team

Division 1 to 3 are in the West, 4-8 East.

Division 5, 6 and 7 have a Playoff between the 2 Teams which won the group Stage.

 

The Parent competition has 3 Stages.

Stage 0 ("Eastern Playoff Semi-Final"): Winner Division 7 Playoff against Division 8 Winner. Winner reaches Stage 1.

Stage 1 ("Eastern Playoff Final"): Winner Stage 0, Playoff Winner D5-7 and winner D4 playing one cup Round (2 Matches), the 2 Winners got promoted.

Fate Actions: 

• Set League Fate, Winning Team, Division 4, Promoted
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, Division 4, No Fate
• Set League Fate, Winning Team, Division 5, Promoted
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, Division 5, No Fate
• Set League Fate, Winning Team, Division 6, Promoted
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, Division 6, No Fate
• Set League Fate, Winning Team, Division 7, Promoted
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, Division 7, No Fate
• Set League Fate, Winning Team, Division 8, Promoted
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, Division 8, No Fate

Stage 2 ("Western Playoff"): Winner D1/2 and the two winner of the group Stage of D3 playing one cup Round, the 2 Winners got promoted. 

Fate Actions:

• Set League Fate, Winning Team, Division 1, Promoted
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, Division 1, No Fate
• Set League Fate, Winning Team, Division 2, Promoted
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, Division 2, No Fate
• Set League Fate, Winning Team, Division 3, Promoted
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, Division 3, No Fate

 

Everything works fine. The Playoffs are played like I want. But when I want to verify the rules, it says "Promoted and Relegated Teams do not match (4 relegated) ... (0 promoted)" and in game the promoted Teams aren't correct.

Here are the League Settings and Settings for the Playoffs of the Group Winners

D1-3 League Settings:

• 0 Promotion Places, 0 minimum PP, 1 max PP
• 1 Top Playoff
• Next Stage - Competition: Parent Competition
• Next Stage: 2

D4 League Settings:

• 0 Promotion Places, 0 minimum PP, 1 max PP
• 1 Top Playoff
• Next Stage - Competition: Parent Competition
• Next Stage: 1

D5-7 (Stage 0) League Settings (All Groups):

• 0 Promotion Places, 0 minimum PP, 1 max PP
• 1 Top Playoff
• Next Stage - Competition: /
• Next Stage: 1

D8 League Settings:

• 0 Promotion Places, 0 minimum PP, 1 max PP
• 1 Top Playoff
• Next Stage - Competition: Parent Competition
• Next Stage: 0

 

D5/6 Stage 1 Fate Actions:

• Qualify Team For Stage, Winning Team, Parent Competition, 1
• Set League Fate, Losing Team, No Fate, 0

For D7 it Qualifies for Stage 0 of Course.

 

So there is something wrong with Fate Actions or League Promotion Places I think. But I don't know what it can be because I did it as always.

If your system works in game - editor verification is not important. Just play your file and enjoy.

Thanks for your advice, but meanwhile I solved it. Just put every Round in the parent competition and making draw rules. Think i overlooked something when handling all these different stages in different competitions.
