Sometimes the quality of my coaching mysteriously declines in a category and I wonder, "was that guy's Motivating 16 and now it's 15? Or was it his Attacking? Hmmm." I currently take screen grabs before my coaches go on a coaching course so i can see where they have improved but I understand coaches naturally improve over time also.
