ParanoidBuddha Posted March 23, 2018 Share Posted March 23, 2018 Basically I have 1 average fitness coach that would be a good as sports scientist and one average sports scientist that would be a good fitness coach. I wanted then offer them new contracts and change their role but I haven't been able because I reached the limits of fitness coaches and sports scientists and I don't want to fire others. In these cases I would like to have the possibility to just switch them. PS: the 2 staff members are Darragh Cannoly and Duccio Ferrari Bravo.
