Right ive installed the strawberry demo and tried to play the demo, but whenever i double click the fm09demo.exe it just comes up with this error "cannot run game : Failed to setup graphics system "

Just wondered if somebody could explain to me what my specs are and what needs improving, If its no good could you suggest what i need to look for in a new computer and how much would a decent machine set me back?

thanks

Price of a new machine could set you back a few hundred but your main problems are an old processor and graphics card. The problem is that your motherboard may not be able to cope with the new additions so you may have to change the lot. there's a message on the main page detailing specs. Take a look at it to get a better idea. I'm guessing FM08 worked with minimum leagues and added slowness then?

I have 448MB of RAM and can run the demo including 3d so I don't think that is causing the problem as a lot of people seem to have it but that is not to say that getting more RAM would not be highly recommended as it would. :)

I have 512 RAM and it just barely runs..think at least a 2 Gig ram is needed IMO :)
