KOP
The 3D view has started jerking or stopping for a couple of seconds with players running on the spot. I have also had a crash with array out of bounds and 2d & 3d view mixed together. I have above min specs and latest Java , Videocard drivers and direct x and preferences are set to auto. David Johnston
What resolution do you run the game at? I was playing in windowed mode with (I think) a screen resolution of 1280x1024 and I found the 3d game to be very jumpy. I then changed the resolution (in the game preferences) to be whatever the smallest was (i.e. no longer windowed). As soon as I did that the game flowed very smoothly. In order to be able to run the game in windowed mode I am going to buy a new graphics card that will cost about £40. Hopefully that will make everything super-smooth. StripeySCFC
I also have this trouble...random locking of the match engine (players running on the spot) and random jerks here and there. I have a Radeon X1950XT, with the latest drivers and latest Direct X. This card has no problem with most of todays releases and is a damn good card. Have tried all different quality settings, resolution - windowed and non windowed and also sound on and off. Its the same no matter what i try. PGB_SPURS_FM09
I am also wondering whether or not tweaking with preferences and resolution and windowed/not windowed mode would make a difference to this or not!? I would love to get mine working fully without too much jerkyness!
