Scouting Assignments

Stupid question.In regard to scouting if you leave it to your head scout to make assignments can you still go in and set individual assignments? As in will the head scout override your assignment?

With big scouting teams I don't want to set each individual assignment but may want something specific from time to time.

Hi Graham, 

If your head scout has the responsibility to create scout assignments then the user will not be able to go and create individual assignments. However, the user does still have the ability to set a General Focus that will make sure the scouting team are looking out for a certain criteria of player. This enables the user to have some influence on the type of players the scouts are looking for without having to spend time setting all of the assignments. 

User can specify the Competition/Nation/Region/Continent they want the scouts to focus on. Along with age range/playing style/availability. 

Alternatively if you want a specific type of player found in a short amount of time you can create a short term focus specifying the exact position/role etc. Short term focuses will last for a max of one month and multiple short term focuses can be done as they will be spread out amongst the scouting team. Short Term Focuses will take priority over any General Focus that has been set. Once the short term focus has been completed then scouts will revert back to the General Focus criteria.
