Competition Logo Not loading

So I created a new cup competition for Canada called the BMO Cup and I can't get the full size logo or the icon logo to load. i have added custom logos for the 3 leagues i created to go along and they all worked but this one won't. The id numbers match up in game in the config file and the file name. The full size image is a .png file with the dimension 180x180 and the icon 17x17. and i tries with transparent and non transparent backgrounds. What am I doing wrong??? please help!!!!

- Have you turned off the skin cache and reloaded the skin (you can try manually deleting your cache files;

- Your config file looks fine, so if the cache isn't the problem then have a check of other config files for any entries with the same id to see if they are interfering.

- If the other logos in that folder/config work fine then try switching the '27 one with one that works in the config to see if its the logo or the comp that is the problem.
