Im playing with acmilan and i got from palermo head of yth as coach and assigned him to do teamtalks. He have 20man management and 18 motivation but still players get nervous and he is too confident on press conferences, i have looked in genie scout and he have very bad hidden attributes like professionality and pressure, around 10 but his determination is 15. Then i have changed teamtalk and press duties to fillipo galli who is model profesional and all players are convinced fired up and motivated whole game.
