U18 Coaches

Why are my first team and U23 coaches all appearing in my U18 staff set up? I expected to see only my U18 coaches taking sessions not my full staff list, is this a bug or do I just select my U18 coaches to coach and ignore the senior coaches?

Your U23 coaches can help train not only your U23s but also your senior and U18 squads.  This can be useful if you are short staffed anywhere.

Yourself, the senior squad Fitness coaches and senior squad Goalkeeping coaches can help train all levels of players, from U18s and up. 

Your other senior squad coaches should not be able to help train the U18s.

Thanks for clearing that up Herne. So no real point having u18 Fitness and Goalkeeper coaches then?

Think you need specific dedicated u18 staff to pass certain youth level criteria for certain categories iirc.

Wot Cleon said, but also, it increases the workload on the coaches and reduces their effectiveness.
