dazbowski
just a quick one really, just want to know if the demo is running at full speed, using both processor's? I ask because it seems to be alot slower while processing results etc than fm08.
Maestro_DK
Slow? The game run like a horse, and it take me 10 sek. to play one week

thisboyshouts
i have a core 2 duo. judging by the performance meters in vista's sidebar, both cores are running at full tilt during matches & processing - so i'd say yes.
GillsMan
It's lightning fast. Probably helped by the fact that it goes straight from Saturday and processes straight through to Wednesday - it normally only takes pressing continue like three times to get from Saturday's game, to next Saturday's game. It's very fast.
Taras_Shevchenko
To me it seems that 08 was slightly faster.
craigy18181
i have found 09 rapid on my machine. No issues here on my Dual Core.
Fredric Drum
09 has been fast for me, but there's only 1 league running in the demo. I won't judge the speed until I've tried the full game with more leagues
fitze69
i have found 09 rapid on my machine. No issues here on my Dual Core. I'm running dual core and its unbelievably fast, around international week I used to go for a smoke break on my old machine, but not anymore!
Mike7077
I'm running dual core and its unbelievably fast, around international week I used to go for a smoke break on my old machine, but not anymore! Yay for FM improving your health!
Neji
To me it seems that 08 was slightly faster. Well IMO - that was always going to be the case. Fm09 has alot of new features.
rekluse
09 is MUCH faster for me than 08 but can't really compare the 2 since theres minimal leagues running in the demo. Once the full version is released I'll be able to really tell.
Weller1980
sorry Dazbowski just going to highjack youre thread slighy rather than opening a new one. I have 2gig of RAM on a new high spec machine which runs Vista, most people recommend at least 3gig plus of RAM. I was considering buying some more RAM, however I was looking at my Widgets in window mode, and my RAM never reaches over 65%, so my question is, is it worth buying more RAM?? Do I actually need it? Andrew_
2GB is fine. Of course the more RAM the better but no need to waste money
HuddersfieldOwl
I believe it is less responsive than 08 result processing and clicking on actions are a little slower IMO
Indi75
RAM is so cheap at the moment (DDR2) that you might as well bag some, but the processor takes a healthy load too and is just as important. FM never really exceeds 700MB RAM usage.
