rolls203 Posted July 30, 2018 Share Posted July 30, 2018 Hi all, I think that they should add, in the upcoming versions of FM a pre-season player talk, that would occur after pre-season team talk. Like you would do in a regular company and in some football clubs, you first decline your objectives to the squad and then you set individual goals. You should be able to have several meetings with players that you chose to tell them individually what you think of their previous season, what do you expect from them for the upcoming season and be able to bond with them, along with increasing their thrive to success. Cheers from France for this truly amazing game you come up with every year (eventhough i won't beat the 2900+ hours of game on FM 12), and keep up the good work.
