Hovis Dexter Posted August 4, 2018 Share Posted August 4, 2018 I’m managing a part time club and all my staff are on non contracts. Nevertheless, the board wants me to reduce the number of trainers by two to put the numbers within the recommended level. Surely, it should welcome the fact that the club has staff that it is not paying and not seek to reduce the number of trainers. Similarly, if if we are not paying scouts, physios and other staff I would have thought that the board would be happy to maximise the number of staff at the club.
