Sometimes we have the news of a players that wants to talk and if we miss that news(we could be on holiday in that time) the player become unhappy for a long time! But it's absurd that a manager can't talk to a player! I guess you should give the chance to talk to the player for at least a month after the news, so if you miss it because you are on holiday or because in online matches you are not online in that moment you'll be able to talk to him when you are back and fix the situation!
