Maybe this should be integrated so then it becomes a challenge to finally be given the power of a manager or take a job elsewhere with more control! I suppose the programming could be altered so that if you give powers to a DOF, for example, your title could be downgraded, but we should not lose sight of the essence of what the game has always been.
