With a country scope scouts do watch U18 matches, but if you set assignment to U18 leagues they don't watch any, so it must be a bug. The bug is so glaring that surely it was fixed for FM19. oblongata21 Posted October 6, 2018 Share Posted October 6, 2018 I seem to have the same issue, but im starting to wonder if its lack of knowledge of how to use the FM18 scouting system. Im sure there is a guide somewhere in the forums about how to use it properly though. I ended up just sending my scouts out manually to look at certain players i thought had potential, rather than sending them out on automatic assignments.
