Best Non-European/South American based players

As someone who loves a bargain, I’m always scouring for players in the more obscure footballing leagues around the world although, as I play as Man Utd, I never seem to have much luck until later seasons when the regens start coming through.

So it got me wondering.... what are the best REAL non European/South American players you guys have found in the game that play outside of Europe/South America? And have you found any that are capable of playing at the very highest level in Europe? 

The more obscure the better!
