During match: have defending players cover the ball next to goal line when the last one who touched it was an opponent

Have defending players protect the ball next to goal line (or just don't touch it if there's no opponents around) until it has crossed the line, when the last one who touched it was an opponent. What instead happens regularly far too much in FM is that the defending player tries to get possession of the ball by avoiding it to cross the line and ends up not being able to control it, gifting it to the attacking player.
