Geordieboy52
This lad came through my youth academy after the first season- I knew he was potentially amazing because he was labelled 'next Michele Platini' but was fickle. After years of development and mentoring his is now resolute and playing incredibly well. What do you guys reckon?

Cheers mate, he came through as part of a 'golden generation' of which there are now 4 fully established in the 1st team: my GK both fullbacks and him. These are the ones I am excited about at the minute. These last two are already established in my team having been rotational options but have now been loaned out for key player experience. they have French caps because I am the France manager and I just can, can't I

andrewfx
Some of the best regens in my Leeds team - year 2024. Second season in the champions league, qualifying through winning the Europa league first time, and through 4th in the league second time, so able to attract some top players now. Signed from Zulte Waregem in 2021/22 season for £19.5m. First two seasons looked average, but starting to do the business this season with 12 goals in 25 apps. Signed for a whopping £38m from Napoli in season 2023/24. 20 years old and 15 full caps for his country! Signed for £29m from Fiorentina in 2023/24 January transfer window. Hopefully will be at the club for the next ten years. Signed for £12.5m from Barcelona in 2021/22. Only 5'5, but his physicality is unbelievable. Maybe worth re-training to a BWM if I can improve his passing? Signed for an amazing £550k in 2019/20 from Charlton. His crossing and passing are a bit of a concern, however he seems to create a lot of chances and chip in with quite a few goals. One of my favourite regens to date. Signed for £16.75 from VIT in 2023/24 January and straight out on loan to Real San Sebastián. Pacey striker with a lot of flair and technique, excellent physicality and heading. An all-rounder it seems. Signed for £7m from Derby in 2022/23. Will be a few years before he's really knocking on the door of the first team, and will probably have another one or two loans spells, but an exciting wing prospect to rotate with Moyo. Signed for £18m from Crystal Palace. Not quite ready for first team, but looks an exciting no.10 with a lot of technique. Signed for £25.5m from Feyenoord in 2023/24. Looks well suited to a shadow striker role, maybe needs a bit of work on finishing and composure.

zlatanera
@robevz knock a couple of points of Work Rate and Determination, stick them on Balance and Positioning and he's pretty much the perfect example of having no wasted attributes. Looks the sort who'll do a shift even when you get to mid-table Bundesliga.
KlaaZ
Considering he's only 18, he looks like he could become very, very good indeed. Bit of shame about his bravery but other than that, no complaints I think.
zlatanera
Hadn't noticed the Bravery...weird that he has 15 Aggression but only 8 for that. inaureoled
Freddy Bywater, £2.4m rising to £9m from Scunthorpe. He's definitely my biggest talent. Got this guy for £10m + Add-ons from Young Boys. . This guy had a £1m release clause at the Ecuadorian Barcelona and was already capped 3 times at 18. £1.7m + Add-ons from Nice when he was 14. £10m + Add-ons from Celtic - already scored 9 goals for me in the CL + PL in a few months. £2.1m + Add-ons from Bordeaux - the only one from the bunch that isn't playing regularly (except for Ribeiro as he's a new January signing). Christo
Picked this guy up from Nacional in Uruguay in the summer of 2022 for £8m. Christo
Picked this guy up from Brondby in the summer of 2022, sent him off on a couple of season long loans at Swansea and AC Milan, he is now back in a rotational basis in the first team. zlatanera
I'd try Balao as an inside forward on the left - that physicality should overwhelm every full back around, perhaps even try him as a wide target man as although 6'0" is nothing compared to CBs, compared to full backs he's a giant. burdinho
I can't understand why this guy is only valued at £4.9m. Absolute beast physically and excellent creative skills. He scores about 5 or 6 a season and averages about 7 or just under AR. Havent really found the best role for him either, but usually have him as Mezzalla A Would love to get an opinion on him! I worry if I sell him his valuation will soar to £40/£50m

JeffDogg
2 young players who might not be the most impressive regens, but joined us for close to nothing and have gained a lot of value. Vanderlei, was ok but nothing that looked too promising when he was 18, but was described as a 5* potential and had a release clause at only 29k€. Makeev, didn't have a club when 16, and was described as having a lot of potential. Unfortunately he couldn't join us before turning 18, so he lost around 18 months being out of club. Still developping.
robterrace
Sent this guy on loan at the start of the season, and he mainly came off the bench for Scunthorpe..
