Table view of candidates applying based on an staff advert should show relevant atttributes

I place an advert, e..g for a sport scientist.

I get an news item with lets say 10 applicants .. i do see their name and age etc but i dont see the most important atrribute "sports science" .. so i have to click though all of them .. that feels tidious. the table should just show the improtant attributes based on the advert by default to help get an easy overivew

(i totally like the "place an advert" features, this is the only small thing missing)

Maybe I’m missing something, but if you hover your pointer over the “i” next to their name, the attributes pop up without the need to click through.

Will try that out. Thanks for the hint. Highly appreciated. I guess I have still to hover over each of them individually? (but yeah still major improvement compared to clicking though, thanks!)

Yeah you have to do each one individually, but as someone who discovered this after feeling as irritated as you did, believe me, it feels game changing!!
