Sherkey Posted October 25, 2018 Share Posted October 25, 2018 A lot will depend on his adaptability and ability to learn new positions. That being said, just start training him in that role in individual training, and start giving him games there. Previous versions, tutoring could help, as sometimes, mentees could pick up on some roles of the mentors. I'm not sure if that is possible in the new system, but that is worth a try. You can also probably give him a trait of avoiding the use of his weaker foot. Oh, and also worth mentioning that your coaches will tell you after a while of training when a player has reached the maximum familiarity of a role (competent, accomplished etc). Meaning, whatever they have reached till then is the maximum, and they will not progress beyond it. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
