Please be aware that using freeze programs can produce very good results with underdogs. klaasjan Posted June 19, 2019 Share Posted June 19, 2019 I've found that the poacher version of asymetric is making wonders for underdogs with a **** ST who can't really play as a CF and you lack wingers with good crossing / speed, just like a depleted real - life Palermo. Is this CF version suited for favourites (which I am now in some games, considering I have won the Serie A in the 1st year)? I do think this hybrid is more stable for teams who don't have all the players to play the 4231 but still think I will need a a favourite tactic just in case. klaasjan Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 (edited) I took a little bit of liberty to tweak the 4-1-4-1 (after the heavy defeat vs Arsenal) as I was too bored of so many corners and throw in goals so I have changed those from left side to default and one of the corner tactics something more realistic / default-ish. Also, changed the forward to PF-A (because I didn't have the players able to play as CF) and used the DMC on DLP-D in heavy games when I played mostly positive and attacking with the DLP-S only when heavy favourites. So, this happened for a team predicted 7th and with most of it's important players same as the start of the game (I think it was very important that most of the players were mentored to be resolute / driven by the team leaders so their stars didn't matter so much as long as you play the in-form players and ROTATE as much as possible and keep everyone happy): 4-1-4-1 Palermo.fmf Edited July 20, 2019 by klaasjan added another SS 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I did try a test with Kingstonian using a DOF and could win promotion yo league 2 with a poor squad but the DOF did little to improve squad for L2.
