Cal585 Posted October 31, 2018 Share Posted October 31, 2018 Started a final save on 18 as BSC Young Boys in the Swiss League. Was surprised to see an U21 team in addition to the Reserves. It only has a handful of friendlies arranged and half the team is empty. Are there other leagues with youth teams in addition to reserves? How should I utilise the U21 team given they don't have proper fixtures? Just the youngsters coming through who don't fit into the Reserves (which I assume would be better for development)? My confusion stems from the fact that the youth intake is already streamlined in FMT compared to the full version and I'm not juggling the same number of young players.
