Can You Man-Mark a Specific Player When Defending Corners?

I haven’t played FM for a couple of seasons now so I’ve forgotten if this is something you’re able to do. 

I have set some defenders to man-mark when defending corners but I would like to man-mark my opponents biggest threat if possible.

Any help is appreciated.
