razor123
SEASON 2012/13 - Summary I was expecting another season of fighting relegation, but as it turned out we had quite a good season and finished 8th in the EPL and qualified for the Euro Vase. Let's hope i can carry on this good form into next season and not have another season of relegation. Razor

West Ham had to wait until the 87th min for there next goal and it was scored by Farnerud, we then got another in injury time by Arizmendi, so a fin 3-1 win to kick off the season. Euro Vase Rnd 3 home 2nd Leg 7 min Rosen put tel aviv ahead 85 min Farnerud leveled for West Ham So we went through 4-2 on agg Euro Vase Semi-Final Ath.Madrid Away 17 min Jimenez puts Madrid ahead 32 min Vukcevic levels for west ham 37 min Vukcevic puts West Ham 2-1 up 47 min maldonado levels for Madrid 57 min Jimenez makes it 3-2 to Madrid 61 min Maldonado makes it 4-2 to madrid 2nd Leg ended 0-0 so we lost 4-2 on agg and are now out of Europe EPL Season Game 1 Arsenal (A) Lost 4-1 20 min E.Janssen puts Arsenal 1-0 up 47 min Tim Janssen levels for the hammers 67 min Valdez makes it 2-1 to Arsenal 73 min Valdez again 81 min Valdez again Game 2 Liverpool Home lost 4-0 Goals from Snejder (2) Hleb and Riise wrapped up this game for liverpool, our season has not started too well. Game 7 Away Boro Lost 6-0 A very poor game by West ham, as of yet we are not showing the form of last year. ChampHolic
Steady performance from Everton as they find themselves in the top half early on A good start to the new season from my side see's them hold a very nice 7th position just 10 games in. A long way to go yet but we should be aiming for a top half finish again this season. Decent start in europe aswell as we manage to qualify for the euro cup group games and start them off well. The team is fitting together nicely and all the players are playing their part in turning Everton into a club to be feared amongst others. Heres how our games in last wednesdays session went....... Chelsea 2-0 Everton Didnt expect to win against the current premiership title holders and was outplayed. It wasnt a case this time of outplaying them but just not being able to score we just played poor and due to some poor marking by my defence it cost us. Our keeper didnt have the best of games really and was probably more to blame than the defenders for the 2 goals that we did conceed. Everton 4-0 Zurich (Euro Cup 1st round 1st leg) Our first game in europe and we played great and dominated it. Youngster murray opened up our scoring before vonlanthen grabbed a 2nd. Then Dorothea marked his first goal since joining the club and a 4th was an own goal scored in the 2nd half. This result looked to of booked us a place in group stages as i was very doubtful that they would score 5 goals to put themselves through in the 2nd leg. Ipswich (Mike) 1-1 Everton After selling david barrow to mikes team a few weeks before this match after he wasnt in my first team plans he came back to haunt us in this game playing amazing and preventing ipswich from losing the game. Started off very even but in the 2nd half we put a lot of pressure on the Ipswich defence. After mikes side put Neil Knight out for 6 months in our last game we faced against each other last season I had to make sure I injured one of his players and who better to injure than Casey shame it was only for 1 week though . Zurich 0-0 Everton (Euro Cup 1st round 2nd leg) The 4 goals from the first leg put us through this as Zurich proved to be a much bigger handful this time than last at their home ground. We couldnt stick any past them this time and Zurich were all over us but Rodriguez managed to deal with all they had to throw at him and getting man of the match in the process. This seen us through to the group stages where we had Lazio and Feyenoord in it the rest of the clubs were relatively easy in our group. Everton 1-1 Tottenham A 2nd 1-1 draw this was and i wasnt that happy with it. After dominating for much of the game we conceeded a sloppy late goal in the 93rd minute to only grab 1 point rather than the 3 we look set to get. Murray put us 1 up and we could of had more but my players were just not hitting the target enough as they should of been. Everton 1-1 Leeds Again like the last game we failed to turn our chances into goals and was one up but conceeded another late goal to draw our 3rd premiership game on the trot. Vonlanthen scored for us. Preston 1-2 Everton Finally the big man was back from a 6 month injury and i risked playing him hoping he wouldnt get injured again. It only took him 6 minutes to find his scoring ways again to put us 1 up. They grabbed an equaliser on the 77th minute and it looked as if it was going to be another disappointing draw but an 86th minute winner gave us the 3 points. Feyenoord 0-2 Everton (Euro Cup group stages) Vonlanthen was the star of this match as he scored both goals to give us a great start to our euro group. I was pleased with how my players had adjusted to the pace of europe so far and i was hoping that we could progress even further into the euro cup this season. Session Overview A good session which could of done without me drawing the 3 league league games in a row which my team possibly didnt deserve to draw but still 7th in the premiership is still good enough. Hopefully we can stay near the top and progress far in europe and that will keep me happy. Until next session thats it ps: If im a little late tonight its because im at a work meeting although hopefully it should be finished by

Boskki
Crystal Palace Appoint Bell Last Week Crystal Palace appointed Sean Bell as their new manager with his main objective of returning the club to its successful past in the Premiership. Sitting 4 bottom of the championship when he took charge with no real chance of getting relagated the last few games of last season were used to assess his squad and build a squad for next season capable of attaining a respectable mid table place. The Squad had to be totally reformed with 17 new players coming in for a total of £1.1m and 16 players going out for a total of £2.1m. Thses transfers have left me with a much more balanced squad which can hopefully gain me a safe mid table place. The playoffs are probably to much to ask for this season but will be a realistic aim for the next campaign. I also decided to bring in a new assistant manager as i was not too happy with Kit Symonds so he was released and i brough in an ex World Player of the year in Thierry Henry to be my assistant. Hopefully he can acheive big things in his coaching carear as he did in his playing one. Shagwell
[imghttp://img273.imageshack.us/img273/7340/tottenhambanner13wu.png[/img] Spurs Start pleases Cale After some serious reshuffling i have to admit i wasnt expecting the start Spurs had in my first few games in charge. My first against Razor's West Ham i knew would be tough - but a great first performance saw us runaway winners by 3-0. After that we had some good results, marred only by one defeat away to Stevey's Birmingham. A difficult game without losing connection before kick off and therefore missing it. We lost 1-0 which was disappointing but thats the way it goes. Some good signings have been lined up with no less that 11 new players coming in on Jan 1st. They are : Michael Schmitt - SC from Berlin - 375k Oliver Meyer - DC from Boro - 1.6m Ralf WeiB - D/DMC from Boro - 500k Matthias Meyer - AM/FRC from Boro - 900k Maurizio Longo - DMC from Boro - 2.5m Manu - GK from Boro - 600k Ryan Scott - DC from Hull - 180k Darren Scholes - DR from Bolton - 575k Danny Blake - DC from America (mex) - 1.7m Dio Dichoff - D/DM RLC from Fulham 4.6m Most of these players are aged between 16-18 with only Dichoff over 20. This sets up Tottenham well for the future as these are already first team squad members at such an early age. So results for the first session were as follows Spurs 3 - Muller, Goitom, Fred West Ham 0 Blackburn 2 Spurs 4 - Fletcher, OG, Dagoberto 2 Man Utd 1 Spurs 1 - Dagoberto Spurs 4 - Dawson, Muller, Brooks, Fred Fulham 0 Birmingham 1 Spurs 0 Spurs 2 - Jenas, Fred Cardiff

Game 24 Ipswich 4.2 Tottenham Ipswich goal scorers - Bowditch, Casey(2) and Lamb Tottenham goal scorers - Goitom and Schmitt Other comments - Didn't Domminate, went down to 10 men in the 80th min while game was 2.2 and went on to score 2 90th min goals. So..Got knocked out of the League Cup, but i'm still in the FA cup and i'm 13th in the league.

ChampHolic
Finally some transfer kitty to spend As Everton sell one of their star players For me last week was a good one but for the Everton fans they were left upset after I decided to sell my star striker Johann Vonlanthen but i wasnt letting him go cheap. He went for a total of 30m to Chelsea which i considered to be a good deal. The fact that they have hardly played him aswell makes me wonder what they would of paid for a player that was going to be in their first team plans. Being 27 years old was the main reason i decided to cash in on him and purchase some younger talent. My first signing was Jonathan Lopez from Marseille who was a 20 year centre back. He didnt come cheap and set me back 6 million. Emmanuel Fabre has since been signed from Lyon and looks very talented and will hopefully bang loads of goals in this coming week. Fabre had his first few games in todays session and impressed me and with the arrival of Xavier Desray coming on a free next season they both should work well together and score loads between them. Enough of transfers onto the results..... Everton 1-1 Newcastle This game seen my bring Pokorny into the starting line up for the first time in years and he scored our goal. Newcastle got a 74th minute goal which wasnt deserved and was my keepers fault. Newcastle 1 - 1 Everton (League Cup 3rd round) We scored the first goal then newcastle immediately replied with an equaliser the rest of the game was played out with many chances but none were going in. It went through extra time and into penalties where we won after a sucession of good saves from my keeper. West Ham (Razor) 1-1 Everton Draws were starting to get a little bit irritating expecially 1-1 ones. This game seen us conceed an early goal then play well for the last 20 minutes and substitue Neil Knight hammered one in. Everton 4-0 Maccabi Haifa (Euro Cup Group stage) Everton were in europe wooo and this was our 2nd game to test my squad. The israeli side were utter ******** and we dominated with both strikers Vonlanthen and Knight splitting the goals between them. Everton 3-1 Man Utd I was shocked as we went on to win a league game and not draw it. Man Utd were becoming weaker each season and it showed in this match as they were outplayed. Nilsson opened the scoring early on 2 minutes then Perez scored which i was shocked by and Neil Knight finished it off. The game was won 16 minutes into the game and after that only their goal came as loads of chances squandered by my team late on. Rodriguez got back on track and grabbed the man of the match award. Everton 5-0 Leicester (League Cup 4th round) Leicester were suprisingly high in the premiership and although we cained them 5-0 in this match it didnt effect their league performances. We were in total control and we could of gone into double figures. Vonlanthen got a hat trick, Knight scored one and then super sub Osman got the other to book ourselves a place in the Quarter final. Fulham 4-2 Everton A few days before Ant took charge of fulham we had to come up against them. We favoured ourselves to win due to Fulhams poor position but things just didnt work out. A terrible display from our keeper after we started off the game well. Were were 2-0 moments after half time with Osman and Knight scored then we just conceeded 4 and lost the game. Legia 0-2 Everton (Euro Cup Group stage) Our decent displays in europe continued as we booked our place in the knockout rounds by keeping a clean sheet and knocking 2 past polish side legia. Cahill grabbed both our goals and until the 90th minute they could of got an equaliser but Cahill grabbed a 94th minute 2nd goal and put my mind at ease. Everton 1-1 Birmingham (Stevey) Last monday session ended with a game against a solid birmingham side managed by stevey that were a few points off top place. We stood our ground and put up a pretty good fight and could of won the game at one point. Dorothea scored on the 3rd minute but when dorothea later was injured on the 47th minute Birmingham found a way through and got the equaliser. Everton 1-1 Lazio (Euro Cup Group stage) The hardest opponents no doubt in our group and no matter what result this was we were still through to the knockout stages. This gave me time to test a few youngsters and they played pretty well. A draw a fair result as Lazio werent short of attempts on our goal. Hyps scored our goal. Norwich 1-1 Everton Another draw which should of been a win. Ever since Vonalanthen had joined us from Norwich they had been struggling and had very little attempts on goal in this game but luckily for them my keeper was on **** form and just couldnt prevent their equaliser. Stuart taylor should of claimed our goal but it was counted as a Norwich own goal. Everton 2-1 Aston Villa (Joey) Joeys aston villa hadnt been playing some bad football this season and were out of the relegation zone clearly at this point and were doing well in the cups but Joeys team just failed to overcome my team in this game and although his team scored a late goal we responded straight after and scraped through. Vonlanthen scoring both goals. Everton 1-3 Arsenal (Aida) Since aida had took charge at Arsenal they were a changed side and it showed in this. we were 2 down by when the 70th minute came but a few moments later Vonlanthen scored a goal to put us back in contention with maybe getting a point but an 86th minute goal destroyed those hopes. Everton 2-0 Aston Villa (Joey) Another game against joeys side this time in the league and we managed to win it aswell. Knight scored the first then Osman scored the 2nd after coming on as a sub. Liverpool 2-0 Everton First game in ages where we hadnt scored at least one goal as Liverpool controlled the game and showed why they were in the top 3 at the time. A defeat which i wasnt very pleased with but wasnt annoyed with either as the opposition was just a lot stronger. Everton 4-1 West Brom A little worried in this game i was as West Brom's small squad gave us an early fright but after that little scare we were in control. Horvat started his first game of the season and scored a hat trick in this game the 4th was an own goal. Everton 4-0 Southampton Southampton had no excuses for this defeat as again we played very well and ended tuesday session on high spirit. Cahill and dorothea both got a goal and Vonlanthen scored 2. Leciester 3-2 Everton An important game to start last wednesday session as Leicester were sitting in 7th place a few points ahead of us. We werent capable of winning this one and my keeper had a mare. Pokorny was the only player to shine for me on this day as he scored both our goals. Everton 0-0 Bolton Boring goaless draw with not very much action. Bolton were near relegation so from my point of view this was an awful result. Middlesbrough 3-4 Everton A highly entertaining game came next against a very strong boro squad. Both sets of defenders and goalkeepers had appauling games but the strikers didnt and this was looking like finishing a draw until my team grabbed a late winner. Boro did go down to 10 men which did help us a bit though but they still were proving hard to break down. Nilsson, Vonlanthen and Pokorny the scorers with boro scoring an own goal. Everton 3-1 Kidderminster (FA Cup 3rd round) Not the hardest of draws really but the kidderminster fans must of been excited. I was shocked when they scored a goal and thought a very big shock win for Kidderminster could happen but luckily it didnt. Murray started upfront with knight and they both done the business and bagged a goal each. Osman also scored. Everton 0-3 Birmingham (League Cup semi final leg 1) Games were coming quick and this one i think just about killed my players. A good display from birmingham and stevey and his men deserved the win. The league cup looks very bleak for us at this moment in time. Everton 0-0 Chelsea No matter how much you press you just cant get past petr cech. We were all over chelsea and should of won but we didnt and Petr Cech was awarded man of the match. Gillingham 0-3 Everton (FA Cup 4th round) A little bit of a harder draw than kidderminster this was but they appered to be easier. De pinho started his first game due to Vonlanthen going to Chelsea and netted a hat trick. Birmingham 3-1 Everton (League cup semi final leg 2) As expected we crashed out of this cup but had reached the furhest round in my history since joining Everton so I was pretty pleased. Again birmingham proved to be too stong. We did catch them out at one point though and went one up thanks to Mancini but 3 quick fire 80 minute goals gave us a 3-1 defeat. Aston Villa (Joey) 1-1 Everton The 3rd and final encounter of the season this was against joeys team as we travelled to villa park and although winning the previous 2 encounters we knew it was going to be much harder to beat them at their own ground. We drew what i think was our 11th of the season with Pokorny scoring. Aston Villa played very well in this game and had chances to go ahead they just didnt take them. Overview So we ended in 9th position after last weeks sessions and I was pleased with that. Some players think the club is under achieving and maybe they are right and my aim in this week is to try and push up the table even more. The board and fans are both happy though and thats the most important thing. With the wage budget increased by a lot also due to Vonlanthens sale some more new faces should be coming in. So far the new players that i have brought have played well and hopefully continue to do so. After it being our first season in europe aswell we have progressed into the knockout stages now and whatever happens my players have surpised me. The FA Cup is coming up and its against Stevey's birmingham im hoping i get to play it but if not assistant do me proud . Thats it until now more reports to follow soon

Shagwell
Spurs Performances delight manager After setting out this season as one to build for the future, i was pleasantly surprised that such a good season is being had. Currently in 6th position and in great form. We have already won the league cup beating Stevey's Birmingham in the final, knocking Chelsea out of the FA Cup and beating Si's Toon Army 9-1 I couldnt have asked for more from the side, we even moved seamlessly on from the 1st Jan where 11 new players came in and 6 players leaving. One problem though is that the young players who came in are performing superbly which means i still am not sure what my first team is. Our main first team squad though is : GK - Schmeichel, Akineev DR - Juan Torres, Dichoff DL - Manu DC - Dawson, King, Zacchino DMC - Longo, WeiB AML - Brooks, Meijas AMC - Matthews, Muller AMR - Goitom, Jenas SC - Fred, Schmitt, Dagoberto Our midfield is very strong and attacking - with Brooks 22yr old star and Matthews the new 18yr old wonderkid. In Goal we have 2 very good keepers rotating whilst defence is coming along with old timers like king and dawson alongside youngsters becoming good players. Up front Fred has 29 goals in 29 starts and as always has been awesome. Whilst Schmitt who came in in Jan has already got 13 goals in 7 starts (6 as sub). Including 5 against Si's Newcastle. Our results show how good we have been - with our only losses coming to Chelsea, Mike's Ipswich and Aida's Arsenal - all away from home. 3-1 ipswich (h) Meijas, fred, dagoberto 0-3 arsenal (a) 3-3 liverpool (h)[/b] manu, jenas, fred 2-1 norwich (h) fred, og 3-0 west brom (a) jenas, fred 2 2-0 southampton (h) League Cup Q/F manu, fletcher 2-1 leicester (h) jenas, fletcher 6-0 bolton (a)FA Cup 3rd RD manu, goitom, fred 3, og 3-1 boro (h) fred 3 2-3 chelsea (a) fred 2 8-0 sunderland (h) longo, schmitt 3, fred 4 3-1 liverpool (h) League Cup Semi 1st Leg longo, goitom, fred 4-1 villa (h) longo, fletcher, fred 2-0 arsenal (h) brooks, schmitt 4-2 liverpool (a)League Cup Semi 2nd Leg longo, manu, schmitt 2-4 ipswich (a) goitom, schmitt 4-0 leeds (a) fletcher, fred 2, og 4-1 everton (h) jenas, fred 2, schmitt 3-1 preston (a) muller 2, goitom 3-0 southampton (h) FA Cup 4th Rd zacchino, weiB, dagoberto 2-1 birmingham (n) League Cup Final goitom, og 9-1 newcastle (h) schmitt 5, goitom, jenas, matthews, og 4-2 chelsea (h) FA Cup 6th RD jenas, meijas 2, fred 0-0 West Ham (a) Hopefully we can contine run until the end of the season and grab 5th maybe even 4th spot and a Champions League place. But even now we have exceeded my expectations with a trophy in my first season return.
ChampHolic
Monday 12th September session report Tottenham (Jimmy) 4-1 Everton Since the arrival back of Jimmy Tottenham have been a much improved side and are scoring stack loads of goals and my team was unable to stop them as we got battered 4-1. Lack of chances for us and we found ourselves going 2 down early on. A penalty was awarded to us on the 38th minute though which gave us a little bit of hope as Savolainen carmly placed it in the top right hand corner of the Tottenham goal. The teamtalk at half time obviously didnt get through to my players as the 2nd half kicked off exactly like the 1st half had started.....rubbish. We fell even more behind when tottenham got a 3rd and with a couple of injuries to key players we just couldnt get the ball out of our own half. A 90th minute goal sealed the win for Tottenham. Leeds 1-4 Everton This was a much needed win which lifted my teams morale after the last game. We reversed the score in this game and we were playing some quality football. Leeds who were having troubles of their own just hovering above the relegation zone didnt get much posession but did manage to sneak one goal in the back of the net 2 minutes into the game due to some bad keeping. We fought back though and a couple minutes after Leeds goal had been scored Nilsson equalised. A quick fire goal just 2 minutes after from Fabre put us ahead. Fabre grabbed his 2nd goal of the match straight after the half time restart and Osman wrapped things up after coming on off the subs bench. Feyenoord 1-2 Everton (Euro Knockout 1st round 1st leg) We had progressed past the group stages our first season in europe and i was very pleased. After having feyenoord in our group and beating them away before i seen no reason why it couldnt happen again. A good performance from my lads which gave us the away goal advantage for the 2nd leg. Due to not being able to play fabre in euro cup games due to only recently just signing for us the task was given to young boys Mancini and Murray to put us into a comfortable position for the 2nd leg and they did. After chances were being wasted murray picked up the ball on 36 minutes and netted one of them. Nilsson put us 2 up just before the half time whistle. The only pride feyenoord were able to get back was a late 87th minute goal to give them a little bit of hope for the return. Everton 3-0 Feyenoord (Euro Knockout 1st round 2nd leg) A week later and most of my players were fully refreshed and raring to go for the 2nd leg. It was a dream start as Murray scored the 1st early on just like the 1st leg. Feyenoord didnt even get the ball and didnt have a shot at all so my keeper wasnt able to make any errors this time. Neil Knight started instead of nilsson in the amc role for this and scored our other 2 goals. A good win which could of been 4 when murray unfourtunately had a goal disallowed. Maciej Hyps recieved man of the match award and the most important thing was that we were through where we were to face Monaco in the next round. That was the final game played in Mondays session and it was going to be an important tuesday session as we had the next round coming up. I was just hoping i would get back in time to play the game myself rather than my assistant. Lee's Final Words I was pleased with how my team picked up from the tottenham defeat at the start of the session and we ended on good form. With an FA Cup quarter final and the euro cup still to be played my team were going to have to stay on this good form and hopefully suceed in both the cups. Our league position at this time was 8th which was where ideally i'd like to finish come the end of the season which aint too far away now. Tuesday and wednesday's reports to follow soon......................

RedStar101
Just to let you all know that I am back online and I shall be returning for next weeks sessions and after Lee letting me look at my side today next season is going to be very tough for Swansea, half the squad is leaving on transfers, Earnshaw heading to Barnsley, Sebo has already gone to Palace, and Ricardo Quaresma (The Jewel in my squad) is leaving unless I can persuade him to stay. I've offered Gary Neville a Player/Coach role to stay on so hopefully he can bring up some nice young defenders from the youth squad.
Boskki
Palace season satisfies Bell With only 1 game remaining in the Championship season Crystal Palace are stting conftorably in midtable safety. We are however along way from the play off zone and promotion. For us to succeed next season and get promoted we will need to improve our squad mainly in defensive areas to conceed less goals and hopefully score a few more. During the seaon i made a few more transfers which have strengthened my squad. Transfers In 14.12.2013 Kay, Adam Ipswich £100K 18.12.2013 Howells, Jamie Bolton £1.2M 1.1.2014 Dupont, Christophe Nantes £400K 1.1.2014 Stangnes, Kristoffer Grimen Club Brugge £80K 13.1.2014 Moran, Ian Ipswich £350K 17.2.2014 Quinn, Danny Free Transfer Free To make way for these players i also have to get rid of a few more of the deadwood from the club. Transfers Out 20.10.2013 Paynter, Billy Plymouth Free 21.10.2013 Johnson, Jemal Oxford Free 28.11.2013 Standing, Michael Bury Free 28.11.2013 Kenton, Darren Oxford Free 19.12.2013 Graham, Paul Free Transfer Free 26.12.2013 Swift, Kevin Free Transfer Free 27.12.2013 Dikko, Ja'afar Oxford £50K 29.12.2013 Underwood, Craig Sunderland £100K 18.1.2014 Sebo, Filip Barnsley Free My attack has been seriously strengthened with the signings of Jamie Howells and Ian Moran, Howells has scored 16 goals in 17 starts for the club and although Ian Moran has only scored 1 goal in 10 games he has shown me that at 20 he can be a good squad player who could push for a regular starting place. Kay, Strangnes and Quinn have seriously strengthened my already quite strong midfield all 3 have put in some good performances in the second half of the season. My only addition to my defence was the 24 year old frenchman Christophe Dupont who has put in some steady performances. I feel that to be geniune promotion candidates next season a couple more defenders will be required to strengthen the squad, the signings that i have made this season have also brought the average age of the team down quite a lot which should be good for the long term future of the club. Mike_Law
Right so my first game in charge of the once mighty but now old Man Utd team was agaist Joey's Villa... Aston Villa 1.1 Man Utd Man Utd goal scorer - Defoe Other comments - Not a bad first game, Joey's teams poor finishing cost them the 3 points. Man Utd 6.0 Ipswich Man Utd goal scorers - Kahlenberg, Rooney(3), Baker and Bell. Other comments - As the score line sergests I totally dominated this game, Limiting my old club to just the 1 shot on goal. Tottenham 4.3 Man Utd Man Utd goal scorers - Angel, Rooney and Navas Other comments - Not best game, shows that Roy Carroll is past it and I am looking to replace him in the forseable future. Man Utd 2.0 Everton Man Utd goal scorers - Defoe and Navas Other comments - Dominated the game, should have scored more really. Preston 1.2 Man Utd Man Utd goal scorers - Defoe and Kahlenberg Other comments - Dominated the game. Donovan put in an exerlent performance. Man Utd 2.0 Newcastle Man Utd goal scorer - Defoe(2) Other comments - Dominated the game, tho both mine and Si's team still need a lot of work. Be looking forward to some intresting games in the future. West Ham 1.1 Man Utd Man Utd goal scorer - Rooney Other comments - Assistant was in charge for this game, tho by the looks of it it was a pritty even game. Leeds 2.0 Man Utd Other comments - Again assistant was in charge and im not happy with the result and the fact that we could only create 5 chances... So fisrt few games with my new club has gone relativly well. am 9th in the league and 1 point behind Lee's Everton with 2 games left to play. ChampHolic
Tuesday 13th September session Everton 0-0 Monaco (Euro Cup 2nd Knockout stage leg 1) The Next round of the euro cup and this wasnt going to be an easy game at all but after poaching most of monaco's young french players we stood a chance. A very even game which seen little created by both teams. No away goals for monaco also which is just what we needed. Monaco 2-3 Everton (Euro Cup 2nd Knockout stage leg 2) The 2nd leg and we actually seen some goals in this one. The players must of awoke and they were ready to fire a few in the back of monaco's net. Games tend to be much harder away from home but we coped with this rather well despite conceeding 2 goals. The last few minutes of the games was nail biting stuff and when the whistle went i was glad that we were through............... or was I as we had to face Liverpool in the semi final. Good polish right back in my squad banaczek grabbed his first goal for the club and what an important one it turned out to be. The other 2 scorers was misfit Pokorny and Neil Knight. Dorothea had another great game and he was the source of where the goals came from. Newcastle (Si Murphy) 4-1 Everton After just knocking a great team out of the cup we failed to beat a poorer quality Newcastle side who were showing good form of late (But what you expect when si is in charge ). We couldnt get our ball out of our own half and we pressed for the whole game with our goal coming off a freekick from a player who wouldnt usually be regarded as a goalscorer. Hull 0-2 Everton (FA Cup Quarter Final) This was a chance for us to get back to our winning ways as we had a relativly easy draw for the FA cup quarters against championship Hull. The game went according to plan and we had actually managed to keep a clean sheet for the first time in a while. Still it didnt stop my goalkeeper from playing poor in wednesday's session................report to follow for that later on today.

ChampHolic
Wednesday 14th september session Everton 2-0 Fulham (Ant) After coming back and seeing that my assistant had lost to Liverpool at home in the 1st leg my chances in it now looked very bleak but at least this league win gave the fans something to cheer about. A little unfourtunate on ants behalf as his team played very well throughout the game just luck wasnt on his side as after a few of the fulham players were partially injured one of them got sent off and fulham had to play the last 20 minutes with only 10 men so from then on there was no way back for Fulham and we got all 3 points. The guy who ant had loaned so many times scored against him and then Fabre added the 2nd both in the first half. The 2nd half we just couldnt add to our lead. Liverpool 0-0 Everton (Euro Cup Semi final leg 2) If I had of been here for the first leg the outcome could of been much better and after a very good 2nd leg where we were all over them it was just one of those games that seemed fixed and we couldnt find a way past. This signalled our exit from the euro cup but the semi finals first season in was a great achievement all i could hope is that we would have a chance to be in it again next season. Birmingham (Stevey's assistant) 1-2 Everton Due to stevey being ill this was time to take advantage and hopefully humiliate his team by beating his assistant 6 or 7-0 but this didnt happen. A 2-1 win was good enough in this one and the winner didnt come until the 90 minute which we deserved to be fair. Having most of the possession I expected the winner to come sooner but I was just glad that a winner did come. Leicester 2-2 Everton (FA Cup semi Final) My keeper was the saviour for this game as this went into a penalty shootouts after a very entertaining game before hand. The much improved leicester came from behind twice to take this into penalty shootouts but with my keeper on solid form he stopped all but one of our penalties and to my suprise my penalty scorers actually scored. Maybe leicester were a little bit fourtunate for the game to go into penalties as i didnt expect it myself but when a leicester player was brought down in our area on the 85th minute there could only be one possibility and that was to score the penalty. Everton were finally in a final but by all means wasnt going to be easy as we are to meet Jimmy's Tottenham side in it. Everton 0-1 Norwich A poor game for us this was and I expected us to beat them due to them being placed poorly in the league. One of those games though and we didnt have the best of games and Norwich somehow learnt how to play football over 24 hours. This win didnt help us at all but sure did the struggling Norwich. Everton 4-0 Preston Now this was so much better and was one of those games i liked to see and when youngster murray grabbed 2 of the goals it made me even more happier. The player who makes so much happen around him aswell grabbed a goal that being Dorothea the heart of my midfield and Savolainen scored on the 70th minute to make it a happy day for me and the Everton fans but it didnt last very long. Arsenal (Aida's assistant) 4-0 Everton I so wish Aida was in charge of this although I could of lost by even more. A terrible game by my teams usual standards and we fully deserved to lose. No player played a terrific game and we got battered.........Still this didnt effect our league position and we stayed in 8th place going into tonights session where only 2 games remain and the FA cup final. Will everton be able to secure 8th spot and grab a place in europe next season or will they fail? Thats for you to decide but until the next report we are still in a european place so im happy .
