And addionally beeing the financial-manager. As an option (and you can let do the work by you staff it wanted). So this things woud be nice to manage: -build your stadium(an let is be useable for other sports or concerts) -build different training-centers in different countries (bonus for young players) -build fanshops -manage fan-articles -get sponsors(for the different things) -put your money on the bank -put you money on the share-market -buy something for your own home(a car, a pool, a huge house) -put money into fanclubs, tv-advertising, bus-sponsering for getting more fans in the house and in general -be able to pay winning-money to the players before a match You will have more - fun-moments. It may change in time, but it's not been a part of their core ideas for the game thus far. Neil Brocks post in one of the stickied threads reinforces this: On one hand I can see the appeal, but it's not something I'd ever be interested in.
