So I messed up the editor. Someone help me

I've previously had a great time recreating Yugoslavia. Obviously, to do this properly you have to activate the continents in the editor. I've done this via the Resource Archiver on previous editions without problems. That's why I didn't really think about making a backup of the "comp editor.fmf"

Big mistake! 

Somehow I messed it up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the editor in Steam (I use a Mac btw) but it still doesn't work. Just an open window with a grey square and nothing else. I've tried manually deleting the files and reinstalling. Same result.

Can someone please help me out? I love editing and FM19 just won't be as fun without it.

I have no idea what the fix might be. Perhaps someone could send me a copy of the unedited "comp editor.fmf" file?

steam --> right click on application --> properties --> local files --> verify integrity of game cache

This restores the original game and editor files.

I tried that. Doesn't work. It's still just looks like this.

You need to delete the editor cache.

user / Application support / library / Sports interactive / Editor 2019

delete the whole folder.

Here's my working file. I had to download someone else's to get it to work. I'm not sure why exactly, but hopefully that helps.
