Need some help with playoffs

I need some help with a promotion/relegation playoff. When I'm in basic rules, the file verifies and doesn't seem to have any problems. In advanced rules however I get the following error:

I have 4 leagues.. Each of these leagues relegates 2 directly and 2 have to go into the playoffs. That makes a total of 8 teams (2x4) relegated directly, and 8 teams (2x4) added to the playoff cup.

Below this I have 11 leagues.  11 teams promote directly and 22 teams go into the playoffs. So I have 30 teams in the playoffs.

These 30 teams are in the playoff cup and the final sees 5 winners who get promoted, together with the 11 directly promoted teams, which makes a total of 16. This corresponds with the 16 teams (2x4) that relegated directly.

So everything should be working properly, but it doesn't. 

How do I set this up properly?

Stage0 - teams:

So in rounds I have:
Quarterfinal - 20 teams, 20 added, 10 matches, 1 leg
Semi Final - 20 teams, 10 added, 10 matches, 1 leg
Final - 10 teams, 0 added, 5 matches, 1 leg.

This creates 5 promoted teams.
