Different formations for defence and attack

I keep this idea long years, since watched it IRL. Pep Guardiola used this idea in Bayern Munich at least.
This feature for the future because its need powerful analysis from AI.

What Guardiola made in Bayern? He used Alaba in role of third CB in defense phase and LB in attack phase.

Why its cool? Because you have one additional player in middle or attack.

This is screenshot how I can reproduce something like dynamic formation with current tools in FM19.

Its like 442 + 1 CM or 433 + 1 ST

Screenshot after left wing attack and ball takeaway, but check my 3 defence line. Its impossible to use it like 3CB, because #27 is FB and he knows it ^_^

 

As this feature is big chance to exploit ME, alternative version is using only few pattern tactics with dynamic defence/attack formation. 

Other version of this feature - 'just' few create dynamics roles, especially football in next few years will create something like this IRL
