andershs
My defensive corner setup is this: Now, this has worked fine in Chile, but after I got a job in Colombia, the teams have started to use this attacking combination against me at every corner: (Opponent is grey, I am yellow) Number 8 is lurking quite far from the penalty area near the corner taker. He receives the ball and has free space to sprint into the penalty area, creating a dangerous situation every time. My number 11 cannot intervene, and my three players on the front post (27, 14 and 24) are not quick enough to intercept him. Now, I can put a player in the red circle, but other than that, I have no option to set up such that I can counter the number 8. Is this really correct? Can anything be done? Thanks.
