Is Fiorillo the Goalkeeper? If he is, I found him last week. He's 18 I think and costs like £18m, which is rather expensive given he's a League 1 keeper at best

They are the potential ability a player has. -10 means the player will be a superstar with a ability between 170-200, -9's will be very very good players, internationals with a ability between 150-180.
