hxp
I'm about to get promoted to Ligue 1 and signed a few players for the next season on a free transfer with a non-promotion release clause of 0. When they join my club i will already be promoted so i thought the clause will never be activated but now i'm having doubts about that because technically i will not get promoted next season, obviously. How does the clause work in that case?
IndyManager
You will have them for one seasib, and if you don't promote, they are GONEzo.

IndyManager
Just now, hxp said: Even if it's technically impossible to get promoted because i'm already playing in Ligue 1? Oooh *makes timeout signal* - DIdn't catch that part in my rush to use "Gonezo" in a sentence. I suppose in that case you will have them for the length of the contract. Apologies.
