milamber Posted January 31, 2019 Share Posted January 31, 2019 First of all I'm managing Man Utd and my First Team coaching categories are all 4.5-5 stars. Why does my Assistant Manager keep recommending staff to improve training quality when we have the best in the league and I've already hit all my staff limits imposed by the Board? I would have to keep firing staff that are better than 95% of the recommendations. Also he keeps recommending I sign my U18s and U23s staff to the First Team. Snorks Posted January 31, 2019 Share Posted January 31, 2019 I save the good ones to my staff shortlist - you never know when one of your current staff will up and leave, especially the youth coaches will take higher jobs elsewhere if there's no hope for career progression at your club. Having a pool of good staff (there are occasional gems in the recommendations) I can refer to immediately without having to go through the trawl of staff searches.
