sorrenmills Posted February 15, 2019 Share Posted February 15, 2019 Like pretty much every yearly release of FM, I tend to leave training to the Assistant Manager and it usually works out OK for me. In previous years, if I started playing a player out of position regularly (for ex, playing a right back at left back), the Ass Man would automatically adjust training for that individual so that he learnt a new position/side, however in FM19 this doesn't appear to be happening so the question is, does this no longer happen and do I have to (*shudder*) involve myself in training more and set it manually? Quacky Posted February 15, 2019 Share Posted February 15, 2019 In the responsibilities you can set yourself to decide to set up individual training for the players, so if you want him to train as a right back then you can make it so.
