Training Regimes

Anyone know where you can download training regimes / templates, or does anyone know of a guide to help you set up training schedules to complement a certain playing style?

For example Klopp or Bielsa and their infamous 3 sessions per day in pre-season focusing mainly on fitness and tactical positioning, to allow the team to have the fitness and energy to still be pressing high up the pitch in packs, even in the 90th minute!? -  Á la Leeds on Friday v WBA. Unbelievable.
