I've gotten a 5* potential midfielder in my San Marino save, and I'm desperate for him to not be difficult. I'm very demanding in training and performances etc, so want to increase his temperament and his pressure, which used to be done via mentoring one on one. He's too young to promote to the first team, and I don't have a huge amount of highly professional players anyway, so I'm a bit stuck on how to make him a world beater (or as much so as possible).
