HUNT3R Posted March 8, 2019 Share Posted March 8, 2019 Neither is really "better" in complete isolation. Motivated increases motivation and happy increases morale and so will increase confidence. I agree that some happy players may become sloppy in their performance. But an unhappy and motivated player will trash-talk you on your back and create havoc in squad harmony, so that you may have to get rid of them. You can praise their conduct to boost happiness.
