Also, congratulations to Manchester City on winning next season's Premier League. I will miss Manuel Pellegrini somewhat, but I can't wait to see what Josep Guardiola can bring to City, and to English football in general. As for the here and now, this is Arsenal's best chance to win the PL for years, and I feel now that we have to take it. City will surely be incredibly hard to shake off with Pep in charge, and if (God forbid) United bring in José Arrogantio, I can't see the title leaving Manchester for some time. EvilDave Posted February 1, 2016 Share Posted February 1, 2016 So.After seven months out of work and a cruel disappointment over the Christmas holiday, yesterday I received two offers for full-time employment, both of which would pay me more money than I have ever made in my life. I now get to choose between the two. I am exhausted, joyful, and pleased. It has been a long road. Thanks to everyone who has wished me well. I don't drop into this thread very often, but news like this makes me glad I do. Congratulations 10-3, I'm really pleased for you and hope things work out much better this time round! What's the difference between playing Thursdays and Sundays, and Wednesdays and Saturdays? Aren't they the same? It's the same two day gap isn't it? Aside from the lack of prestige playing in the supposedly 'lesser' competition (something I don't agree with btw), I don't see why teams make a big fuss over the whole thing. I remembered where I'd stored the login details! I'm even thinking about finishing Jumping Through Hoops, although that'll take some significant amount of work.
