whats the progress of the carribean leagues? Im looking to do one last big fm save and hoping to start in the smaller nations.

They are going to be done just after Brazil and Argentina, during the month of July. They are near in the to-do-list.

Can't wait to Argentina to play with Estudiantes LP!!!

EDIT:

In Chile, if you start in Dec17 or 2018... There's still Malleco in 2nda and 10 teams

I think Malleco Unido in real life was in Segunda División in 2018, wasn't it?

hi, do you also make the smaller countries like suriname and the antilles?
and if so, do they also play champions league?

Hi, I'm going to do them after some updates to be concluded.

Actually they don't play CONCACAF Champions League, only Caribbean Club Shield.

Caribbean Club Shield is not in the game

Maybe I'm going to do this competition so that it will be able to have a continental Caribbean competition.

its weird... i've only put chile db and its 10 teams, but with your others updates there are 11 teams xd

In 2010 there are 12 in segunda but 14 in tercera

Any process Yet?

Doing South American leagues (specifically Brazil). I'm not a bot, remind this haha try not to charge editors too much because we need to rest sometimes and updates are not so easy to do.

Guys, I've just backed doing updates today, I stopped a little to solve some external problems and to avoid getting exhausted doing this. Until next week I'm going to complete South America.

just so that his work gets appreciated and downloaded by some more people because he absolutely deserves it!

Very thanks by the support.

For you guys, an advice: Brazilian leagues are being done, it needs a great work so I'm doing it precisely in order to get it the better possible so it will take a little to be launched.

An other advice: For FM 2020, I'm planning to do a other type of updates showing some alternative projects for some countries league systems, continental competitions etc.

Any advance on argentinian leagues? Thank you so much for this word, i'm so excited to start playing with teams from Primera D.

I'm fixing Torneo Federal A errors and doing Torneo Federal Regional Amateur structure. This is what I need to launch the update. Argentina and Peru are being the biggest challenges as they have some bizarre rules and are very, very hard to do in FM.

Hi Tonao

Thanks for the work on this, looking good.  However, I have noticed, in the Bolivian second division starting in 2019, there are two sides both called "Club Social 24 de Septiembre"

Is this correct?

I know that Peru 3rd division champions directly goes to 1st division. but how about argentina?

In Argentina there are 223 regional leagues with a average of 20 teams in each one. So, we have more than 4000 teams in regional leagues, I can't lose a great time creating +4000 teams instead of doing and accelerating the process of the megapack. In addiction, TFRA have so many groups that FM editor doesn't support it.

It is, there is a 24 de Septimebre in Portachuelo and a 24 de Septiembre in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Bizarre, but real XD.

Haha - cheers for the clarification. Now I just need to work out which is which!

Really, I understand people are waiting for updates (it is good to see because it is a reason to continue doing these updatets), I also wait for some FM updates, but there is no reason for some guys pulling legs of editors, I want to do it the faster I can, but my life is not only editing FM databases. I'm doing Brazil third division State Championship, I only need to do it, the fourth division State Championships, adjust Brazilian Cup and Série D and that is it! Sorry for delaying the release a little, but as I said, if I had no things beyond FM it would be already ready, but there is a lot of things I need to solve, so sometimes I stop a little, but I'm still putting my all on it in order to release as soon as possible. Hope you understand

My guy, you need to learn some basic social skills

It's not the first time I've seen you being rude to editors, you have to learn how to behave and how to ask things nicely

Have you got any idea how much work Tonao's doing FOR FREE? I mean, cmon, you have like 15 other countries to play in

Exactly, I'm earning nothing to make updates, I'm doing this only to give players the opportunity of having more countries and leagues to play, but I'm a human too that do other things, that is what people who pull the legs of editors need to understand.

Guys, I want to advice you that Brazil update is still suffering league fate problems in editor that are giving me a lot of work to be solved, so it will not be launched today. However, I'll be fixing and launching other countries so that I don't lose time on the megapack. It is not my fault that updates are delaying, the problem is that the editor is not prepared for South America countries rules due to its weird systems and then it needs a lot of kludges to get it next from reality. I'll do what is possible, if some countries are impossible to do in editor, I can't release them for you.

I also want to thank everybody who helped me with words, hints and other things that raised me and gave me a reason to continue my work in megapack.

Peru 1st and 2nd division (+ cup starting from 2019) avaliable guys. In addiction, I added some features in other updates:

- Fixed discipline rules for Ecuador and Venezuela

- Uruguay Segunda B Nacional with correct rules (Clausura with 2 groups and winners of each group facing each other in the final)

- Mar de Fondo enters in Segunda B Nacional of Uruguay at 2019.

- In Paraguay, a promotion play-off between runners-up of Primera B Interior and Primera B Metropolitana was added

Thanks bro, Copa Perú couldn't be done due to its bizarre rules and format but I did as real as I can.

I remember trying to make Copa Perú in FM19 and failing miserably because it's a crazy tournament. I had all Departamental leagues and the Fase Nacional (I think), but had troubles with:

  • The San Martín Departamental league: There's a league, but only had one team in the default database. I think I created one just to have a 2-team league.
  • There was a team in Liga 2 that isn't in the default database either (Santos FC from Ica). I had to create it too. I really don't like doing that, as that could somehow break other databases from other modders.
  • I defined the geographical zones for every Departamental league, but for some reason the game kept shuffling all the teams in the any random league.
  • The whole "Champion to Liga 1, runner-up to Liga 2" thing. I had some ideas, but never had time to try them.
  • Also, last year (I think they'll do it again this year too) they made a "Cuadrangular de Ascenso" after Copa Perú and Liga 2 ended. Runners-up and third places for both tournaments were given another shot at promotion. Couldn't try doing it because of time constraints. But I guess it would be similar to the Bundesliga relegation play-off, didn't try it.

I could donate the file to you. Maybe you can fix it, I don't know. Or maybe you're just fed up with all the nonsense in that league :seagull: (Latin American leagues are still weird).

Man, you deserve a medal for all the effort making this pack. Keep up the good work!

Give the file to me so that I can try to understand it and fix the errors, then maybe it can be done for update.

well how to qualify for Copa Simon Bolivar??

You need to get good results in the Departmental League of the team you selected. In general, finish it as winner or runner-up.

I tested them in Test Competitions from editor and all of them were OK. But, if there is some problem after some time contact me please.
