TerminalPortugal
We win the Champ vs Champ in extravagant style, the league has started well enough I would say although we struggled for goals. The hardest game is out of the way with a draw at Labasa. That's how the league looks after two games.
TerminalPortugal
Champions League draw is made.
TerminalPortugal
This month has been an absolute destruction, as we breeze through the Champions League group and continue our great form in the league We are three points clear of Nadi and 5 clear of Labasa, although they have a game in hand. TerminalPortugal
Yogendra has blewn it at Auckland City and been sacked, I guess I get the last laugh in our 7 year duel. Not going to apply again at this stage as we are doing so well so far with Ba and I crave that Fijian League title.

TerminalPortugal
A very fine month for us as we concede one goal as month. We get through Kiwi and Solomon Warriors to get to the final of the Champions League where we will face Hawke's Bay of New Zealand. The league looks pretty much sewn up at this stage,
Bobsled
Some turn of events! This should help you finally wrapping up Fiji.

Yeah, would think so with the points we should get from Ba. Going to New Zealand is just a quandry, its technically the wrong way if I want to get to Europe, will have to think more about it. TerminalPortugal
Well another month which is a sea of green, as we sweep all around us. It started in the best possible fashion as we won the Champions League against Hawkes Bay and then we just rolled into every game and put teams to the sword, the only team who gave us a bit of a contest was Nadi, but we looked comfortable enough We are not Champions mathematically but you feel it is now a certainty that we are going to be lifting the Fijian league title again. TerminalPortugal
This month was all about Fiji FA Cup. Navua gave us a scare as they forced us to penalties, but we managed to overcome them and then we beat Nadi in the final to win the Fijian Cup. TerminalPortugal
The DoF raids Labasa for one of their young full backs. Looks a great prospect.
TerminalPortugal
I condensed the remaining fixtures into one update. Not a lot to say, we won everything, went unbeaten all season, unconquerable, invincible and all that. Labasa finish second as win the league by 7 points. Nadi were a long way back. Vatukoula after some promise are relegated just ahead of Suva who now for quite a few seasons are right down the wrong end of the table. Navua had an impressive season staying up. If the right jobs comes along I think we will be leaving Fiji and Ba, until then we will enjoy the almost unlimited air miles on offer.
TerminalPortugal
Its time to work out the air miles We had an amazing 31 wins this season, and the equation is as follows:- 3 x 2.23 x 2 x 1 (33 game season) = 13.36 miles per win. This means we got 414.02 miles this season, and added to 1,640.45 we already had gives us 2,054.47 miles. That has made a huge difference, all of New Zealand is available (although I have reservations and a big chunk has been taken out of Australia. PNG would be added were it a database I had available. Brisbane, Newcastle and importantly Sydney are now all available to us as potential destinations. We will be in Fiji for the start of the new season? We shall have to wait and see. TerminalPortugal
In other news, we have had New Caledonia going for a while and I won't be moving there is no upside and New Zealand lower league football is also out, so I will be removing those leagues, this season. TerminalPortugal
Another run out in the FIFA World Club Cup, and we face African titan Al Ahly

TerminalPortugal
Our first game of the season is very early due to the World Club Cup. So Fiji are 114th in the world meaning we get a modifier of 225%.
TerminalPortugal
A smash and grab win over Al-Ahly puts us through to the next round.

TerminalPortugal
Incredible, I felt for sure this is where we would fall, but we managed to overcome Wydad 3-2 to book our place in the semi finals.
TerminalPortugal
Wow, little Ba of Fiji against the powerhouse that Paris Saint Germain. Should be an interesting encounter. If we get through this one I will eat my hat.
TerminalPortugal
Still very proud of the boys to get to this stage. PSG were always going to win, it might look like a battering, but even to get a goal against the European champions is a huge achievement for Ba and Fijian football in general. We will have the 3rd/4th place playoff to play and then the competition will done.
TerminalPortugal
Another game we surely can't win against Brazilian powerhouse Palmeiras.
TerminalPortugal
A very spirited performance from us saw us in the lead, but Palmeiras came back in the second half and take 3rd place. Still great for us to just be having these kind of games.

TerminalPortugal
Looking around at this stage there are no jobs that are available, so we may be in a position where we may need to compete in another Fijian season.
TerminalPortugal
Steve Corica at Sydney FC is under pressure and we added a little fuel onto the fire but linking our name in the press, but the fans seem determined to keep Corica in his job at least for now. Still no jobs available, so we will have to see whether the Sydney board pull the trigger on Corica and get us in.
TerminalPortugal
A shortened pre-season ends with just to fixtures, which we win at a canter, the new season is about to start and all indication suggest I am likely to be here for another season. TerminalPortugal
An excellent addition to squad brought in by the DoF of Jordan Cain of Tasman United. He should improve us in defence if that is even possible.

TerminalPortugal
Another South American joins the club from Team Wellington in the form of Alex Ibacache, he is pretty old and probably more suited to a bench spot.

TerminalPortugal
January saw us pick up the first silverware of the season in the Champ vs Champ against Labasa, and then we started the season as we ended the last one with two wins, with a destruction of Suva and squeaking by Labasa 1-0. We top the league, already two points ahead of Nadi.

TerminalPortugal
While our future may be in doubt at Ba, the team have continued this month their awesome form as we spank all who face us. I am quickly forgetting what it is likely not to win games of football. Labasa are three points behind us, as we top the league.
