[Suggestion] Additional response when player wants a transfer to a higher league

It's the January transfer window. I'm playing in Italy in Serie B and am top of the league on goal difference with a match in hand. I've had transfer offers for three or four players from teams in Serie A which I've turned down. All the players are unhappy because they want to play in a higher division but I don't have an option to tell them to either get their heads down and gain promotion at the end of the season or an option to tell them I'll let them go at the end of the season if we aren't promoted.

 

If we were in the top league and a player wanted to leave for Champions League or Europa League football we would have the ability to promise to be in Europe at the end of the season. I believe that similar options should be available in respect being promoted at the end of the season.
