[Suggestion] Reorganising coaching staff at start of save/when taking over at a club

At the start of a save, if the club you choose to manage doesn't have an assistant manager, one will automatically be assigned from the coaching staff. I think this behaviour should be changed to allow the player to select their own assman first and foremost, as well as reorganise the coaching staff, including from reserve/U23/U19 teams, e.g. demote the existing assman to simply a coach, promote the U19 manager to U23 manager, promote U23 assman to first team assman, or reassign a first team coach to U19 manager. Or perhaps the existing assistant manager is a valuable staff member, and you want to keep him in the coaching team while bringing the assman from your previous club with you.

The only current way to do this is by offering them a new contract, in which case it's often difficult if not impossible to get them to accept a different role within the coaching team, yet when taking over a club the coaching staff are willing to accept mutual termination. Now, I don't think that the staff members should accept the role change 100% of the time without protest (or instead counteroffering mutual termination if they don't want to leave the role), but they should at least be more willing than in the current mechanic. Perhaps a coach would accept demotion to a lesser role if their salary remained the same (or received a small pay rise) and their contract extended by a couple of years; while a first team coach might be willing to become assistant manager without any contractual changes (or just a contract extension if they hadn't recently signed one).

This could also play into the Dynamics feature if extended to consider staff; for example if the existing assistant manager or coach is a club icon/favoured personnel and is considered influential within the club, then demoting them to a subservient role might be seen as disrespectful and risk upsetting long-standing players or staff who have a good working relationship with him.
