Bothan Spy Posted July 16, 2019 Share Posted July 16, 2019 It would be great to be able to communicate directly to backroom staff on a personal level like you can with players. I've played FM for many years and during that time I have developed a fond affection for certain staff that I always try to employ because I know they can do a good job. I've gone 3 seasons with a team and out of the numerous staff members, only a handful have me listed as favoured personnel. It's only when you quit a club do you see who randomly leaves with you. Everyone knows that in football a manager always trys to negotiate bringing his own backroom staff with him when taking a new job. People they trust.
