Snorks Posted August 6, 2019 Share Posted August 6, 2019 I think it is part or or connected to the 'Keep Reports up to date' checkbox as well. Scouts will periodically go and watch players you already have on your shortlist, and have scouted to full knowledge. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
