Gadeke
Managing u23/b teams and u18 teams. For example maybe i want to manage Barcelona but i want to earn the right as many of their managers do, so you bring through youth players who get into the first team and get rewarded by being given the B team job and eventually the main job meanwhile gaining qualifications and experience. To gain qualifications you go on a course a simple 10 questions similar to actual qualifications with a pass rate. Also if you join a foreign team with learning the language, if you fail the language using basic football phrases and numbers with questions and a pass rate maybe less options to do in play changes and less cohesion and less effective team talks etc. Would more realistically mimic real life e.g G.Nev at valencia and Tony Adams struggles abroad. Both of these would really create an added depth to your own personal development and help with immersion. Learning portuguese/spanish opens up more jobs in south america.
