I think that if you choose or are forced to operate with a Director of Football they should have primary control of transfers. They should take suggestions like first choice 2nd etc and they should buy the attainable ones in the budget and they are placed in your team. You also might have to accept that you’re not in control of outgoings either. Directors of football are way more influential these days. Just in general need more teal life scenarios that you have to adapt to other than just injuries. Also could do with an improved youngster development program.
