Alvaro.pcr
I started a save with Bracknell Town in the 8th tier in England. After two years and back-to-back promotions, halfway through my third season, the national team offered me the head coach job. I don't understand how I qualified for the job. The only thing I can think of is if this is a bug caused by an editor data file? Obs: I used two editor data files from fmscout. One was to update transfers and to play until the 10th tier in England, and the other was to fix names and logos of Brazilian teams. Yes, I began in 2018 a save with transfers updated until 2019. Could this have been the problem? I just don't understand. Thanks!

I forgot to mention that. I started as a Sunday league footballer. Still hadn't reached two stars before receiving the job offer. 22 year old manager with local reputation. nie jem frytek
It's a common bug, that wasn't fixed in current version of the game. It's very, very easy to become national team manager right now. Still, 6th tier must be some kind of record.
