Too many laptops tend to throttle thermally sadly. Any good laptop review should be able to tell if (or when) a laptop will throttle in any way (power limit, thermal limit, voltage limit). The forum guidelines have been much relaxed in the last few years so while users are still encouraged to post in English, if they cant they can post in their native language and still get some help.
