andychar
Fulham Premier League April 2032 So after updating my laptop and then having to update FM I'm back...nearly 2 hours later! Believe me I want to find out who I'm playing in the Cup Final just as much as you do! Leicester on paper would be easier. Chelsea would mean that we pretty much have European football next season. Leicester beat Chelsea 1-0. I would have prefered Chelsea I think but we will get on with it. It does mean if we lose the cup final only the top 6 make Europe. Of course I still have 3 different ways of ensuring European football next season. 3 games to go this month, starting with an away trip to Norwich. They are 16th so they need the points just as much as we do but for different reasons. Newcastle and Arsenal both played while I was reaching the Cup Final and both won so the pressure is well and truly on us. Fantastic win. Keeps the pressure on the two above us and put pressure on Chelsea to keep up. Since the 0-0 against Newcastle we have scored 25 goals in 5 games. And there I am constantly complaining about strikers. West Ham away. They are 17th so once again on paper we should win but they are struggling for points, they will be a tricky game. Chelsea drew their game in hand so we find ourselves 4 points ahead of them in the race to finish 6th and a Europa League place. No Conference next season it will either be Champions League or Europa League. It was a mistake that gifted us the goal and what a huge goal it could be. With 3 games to go in the Premier League the table looks like this... Arsenal beat Spurs to lift them back into 4th after we jumped up following the 3pm games. That gap over Chelsea makes me smile. It should mean we case scenario is now 6th which is a European place. We are only 3 off United but with the GD as it is it might as well be 4. We have a very tough final month but with 2/3 games at home we can still do this! I'm going to do what I do best and milk it!
andychar
Fulham UEFA Conference League Semi Final First Leg I do like milking a good end of the season and with 3 things still to play for this has the potential to be a very good season or a so near yet so far season! We go into the away leg against Shakhtar on a great bit of form but this is by far the hardest game we will face in this competition. Taking an away goal or 2 back to the Cottage could be vital. We lost Tim McCarthy to an injury. Massive blow. I'm hoping he could be fit for FA Cup final but I think his season might be over. Amazing start! Adjas will be the 30 goal striker I've always wanted one day. Its been all us. At this rate we could rest players for the Second Leg! Absolutely amazing. I wasn't expecting this in the slightest. I've enjoyed this competition. Me thinks we are through to the final. We declared at 6. Some times are different because I wasn't always the fastest to snap the picture! What a result. Takes a huge weight off the second leg and will give us our second Final of the season. The Double and Champions League Qualification are still on!
andychar
Fulham Premier League Gameweek 36 3 games to go and really 4 teams fighting for 2 Champions League places. I'm not going to do goal by goal for each fixture, just the one I'm in. He's only come in because of an injury. Now I can't take him out. He's been brilliant! We play on the Sunday obviously after European fixture. The only team who play before us though is Man United. And with that they go 6 points ahead of us with 2 games to go. I don't think we are going to be catching them. The funny thing is if we beat Liverpool we will be 6 points off top with 2 games to go. Obviously we aren't going to but the fact we could still win the league with 2 games to go would be absolutely crazy. So Liverpool is going to be a very hard game but its been a season of surprises so far. Both Arsenal and Newcastle should win their games. Can we keep the charge going? Very cagey first half sees the score 0-0. We have had a few more chances but nothing major. A point might not be enough if Arsenal win (which they should). Huge. Its that man Cariou again. He has been a God send during the home stretch. Now you're gonna believe us! What a win! At any point this is a great win but at this point with what's at stake its huge absolutely huge! And the Award for least amount of f***s goes too... No shocks but look at Newcastle scoring 3 times in 4 minutes. Crazy! Chelsea in 7th can't catch us so its worst case scenario 6th. As mentioned technically we can still win the league. Amazing. Can we pip Arsenal? Nice to see! I'm not going to milk the second leg of the Conference League as its over and its going to be as many reserve players I can get away with. What's even sweeter about potentially breaking this record is that its Celtic's record. As a Rangers fan this brings me great pleasure. I have growing concern that my transfer window might be put in jepardy. Professional job well done. Disappointed to have conceded but not going to lose any sleep. Its a final so it's never going to be easy but this could have been much worse. They currently sit 8th in Serie A 4 games to go.
andychar
Fulham Premier League Gameweek 37 On paper we should win this. Football isn't played on paper. Yeah! Shove it Celtic! Obviously we play on the Sunday which means fixture are played on the Saturday... Well Man City ensure we can no longer win the league! But that's a huge result in London. It means if we win we will go level on points with Man United and suddenly finishing as high as 3rd is a real possibility. Played on the Sunday before we kicked off and its a huge result for us. It means a win and a Top 5 finish is in the bag. Arsenal play after us...away to Chelsea. This could be the weekend it swings into our favour. 0-0 at the break and we have looked the most likely to take the lead. Its going to be a nervy 45 minute. 57 minutes - Wolves take the lead! Against the run of play! A brilliant move with a brilliant finish. The away fans are stunned. 68 minutes - Cross comes in and we are level! Its the centre back Aiento with his 5th of the season but none more important than this. 75th minute - 2-1! What a turnaround from the visitors its another cross and another centre back! Who needs strikers! 15 minutes to hold on for a massive massive win. Unreal comeback! Not going to lie I got that swept up in the game I forgot to take screenshots. Hense the mini write up! Pretty much the perfect weekend to be a Fulham fan. Our final game is Manchester City in front of what will be a packed and rocking Craven Cottage. andychar
Fulham Premier League Gameweek 38 So this is it. We have put ourselves in pole position for a Champions League place next season. The only time we have beaten City since I took over was when we were a Championship side. And look we don't just lose, we get hammered. Against the current City manager it doesn't look good either. Although that draw with H&R is impressive! Everything points to us losing this game. So what are the chances of keeping 4th if we do? Watford 8th and Bouremouth 19th. I don't think we will be overtaking United but maybe, just maybe Watford could do us a massive favour. That being said I think we are going to have to win this game. City need to win to secure the title. What a massive way to finish the season. Ok...here we go. 15th minute - The first blood goes to Manchester United! They take the lead against Bouremouth, they have been dominating the game and the pressure finally told. 1-0. 36th minute - Manchester City take one huge step towards the League Title! Slightly against the run of play. Huge goal in the race for the title and top 4. 42nd minute - 2-0 United. They won't be caught from here and it will Champions League football for them next season. 45th minute - Arsenal take the lead on the stroke of half time! What a time to score. So at half time things are looking pretty bleak for Fulham and their hopes of reaching the Champions League. 55th minute - What a beautiful goal. Fulham are back in this! Big second half to come. Fulham are banging on the door but just can't make the pressure count. 76th minute - ITS A PENALTY! Fulham have a huge chance to put one foot into the Champions League next season. He's missed it! But he's there for the rebound! Fulham lead 13 minutes to go! Can they hang on! 78th minute - United 3-0 to the good. City are pushing men forward but Fulham are defending well. 81st minute - The ball is in the back of the net! But wait...its not going to count! Fulham thought they had doubled their lead. Its going to be a nervy 8 minutes. 88th minute - United have a 3 goal lead and a man advantage. Good finish to the season for them. Arsenal are hanging on, they could do with City grabbing a goal. 89th minute - Icing on the cake for United. 4-0. Never in doubt. 93rd minute - 4 minutes added on and we are into the last of it. Arsenal have won. United have won. City have a corner. If they score they win the league. If they don't Liverpool win the league despite only drawing themselves today. Its cleared! Adjas can bring it forward and that will be it! What a day for Fulham Football Club! What a huge day and a fantastic season. Amazing to think the only thing that stopped us winning the league were 2 draws! Hahahahaha Tasty! Lots of money! Season isn't quite over just yet!
andychar
Fulham FA Cup Final 2031-32 First lets get this stuff out the way... Oh you guys. Yeah I totally remembered this promise. Right onto the Final. Only two wins over the years against Leicester and both have been tight. Against the current boss... It looks good! Fingers crossed its the Inzaghi effect in the Final! Amazingly neither side have won this trophy before so there will be a new name on the famous thing. If we win then it means Chelsea sneak into a Conference League spot and they will destroy it next season. If Leicester win they get a Europa League spot and Chelsea get nothing. Us...we aren't bothered because we got Champions League baby! Big team news sees Tim McCarthy fit for the Final which is great for Fulham. Here we go the FA Cup FInal. Can Fulham add to this fairytale season. 13th minute - First shot on goal and its from Fulham. Way wide from McCarthy, he needs to find his finishing touch again after missing a month through injury. 21st minute - Leicester have their first attempt but it fizzled to nothing. Not been the greatest of games so far. 35th minute - Leicester should be one up. A free header on the penalty spot, if he heads it either side of the keeper its it. Straight at him! Still 0-0. 44th minute - That miss was the wake up call Fulham needed they have been brilliant the last 10 minute and should be going into half time 1-0 but its 0-0. 45+2 - You don't want to see this at any time but in the Cup Final it seems worse. Leicester are forced into a change due to injury. 0-0 at the break. Not the greatest of games but we still have another 45 minutes. 51st minute - Now then! We have a penalty. Fulham have been given a golden chance here. Can they take it? No! They can't! It's been saved! Terrible penalty really. Will they rue that chance? 0-0 it remains. 63rd minute - More Fulham pressure but the Leciester keeper is getting to everything at the moment. We are starting to get more cagey as the minutes tick away. Nobody wants to risk becoming a hero incase they turn into the villian! 65th minute - How are we level? Leicester find themselves one on one with the keeper but the striker fluffs his lies. Big chance. 82nd minute - Is that the goal that wins the cup! Bicciconti has been a surprise success and he scores the biggest goal of his career! Fulham seem happy just wasting time and holding onto the ball. They are doing an excellent job of it as well. There it is! The full time whistle Fulham have done it! Biggest overachievers. Don't think that's the last time we will be seeing that this season! Amazing to finally win a trophy! We have one more to win!
andychar
Fulham UEFA Conference League Final 2031-32 Interesting to start with. Arsenal still have a chance to reach the Champions League. They face Valencia in the Europa League Final with the winner advancing to the Champions League next season. We face Bolonga with the chance of hitting a double and Champions League, something I couldn't have dreamed of at the start of the season. I've seen a horrible sight... He is by far our best player. He is worth 52m and has a release clause of 80m. He's only on 53k p/w. I have just offered him a new 5 year contract which double his wage and removes the release clause. I need to work to keep these sort of players! You'll not be surprised to know we have no past history against this team nor I with the manager. I have no idea what to expect. Everytime I've thought I might struggle in this competition we have absolutely smashed it. Lets do it one more time. Another one of players wants a new contract. I don't want him unhappy and I don't want to lose him so guess whose gonna get paid! And another player! My wage budget is going to do with players wanting new contracts! Cariou has a release clause. He has 3 years and an optional 4th left. He wasn't happy with what I was offering and talks have broken down. I will try again another time. Same team starts this final as the FA Cup final. I really don't know what to expect. 15 minutes gone and although its been all Fulham they haven't really been able to challenge the keeper. 23rd minute - Ball is in the back of the net but the celebrations are short lived. Offside. Fulham getting closer. Half hour on the clock and Fulham are forced into a change and the season ends early for Sarnowski. A player brought him to bulk the numbers who has been a brilliant signing really. Got to feel for him. Just before the break! Great time to score! Fulham have dominated. They have the lead. Are we going to see a response? Its been coming but finally Fulham double their lead! Is that going to be enough. Game over! Fulham are going to cap an amazing season with European silverware. The cake has been well and truly iced! Nobody can say they didn't deserve it. Nice bit of money in the kitty. All in all...it's not been a bad season. 120m for a new Stadium . I was hoping it was going to be named after me . "The board are delighted to announce we are going to use absolutely all of your budget on this". At least we won't have a loan. Its literally all gone! Yet our transfer budget is 90m this season. I don't know what to do but I was looking forward to spending it! Another step in becoming the best! Mark my words this guy is going to be great! And he was free FREE! And this is why I need to keep this guy. Bugger off United and PSG. 34 clean sheets. Lucio played all 60 games this season. For those interested Arsenal won the Europa League so after all that they will join us in the Champions League. Ok I think that wraps this up for now.
andychar
Mexico North American National League We play USA in the Semi Final. The board don't care so its hard to care about it myself. Instant Result and we were destroyed after a man was sent off within a minute! My heart wasn't in it at all. It was a distraction. I need to fully concentrate on taking Fulham to the next step. andychar
London Round Up So in a bid to keep the original theme going here is the end of season round up for London clubs. Starting at the bottom... Wow pure domination from Maidstone. Bromley and Welling both reached the playoffs with neither winning a game. Hampton and Richmond no longer playable and it hurts a little to be honest! Kingsonian midtable. Another relegation with Dag and Red dropping, Sutton survived by the skin of their teeth. Wealdstone with a playoff place but once again didn't win a game. AFC Wimbledon with another promotion while Barnet make the playoff final but get crushed by Burton. No relegations but Charlton should be doing better! No team in League One but can't just miss out the league! More of the same in the Championship but Palace disappoint. I think if I hadn't have already given up this would have been the straw.

andychar
Fulham Premier League Post Season Lots to catch up on! I decided with the uncertainty of the club in regards to the board I wanted to do my transfer activity early this season. I only really wanted to replace the Striker and Midfielder I was losing. I've built a young squad I think can only get better so I don't want to go crazy in the transfer window. I like Tim McCarthy and a love Adjas so I didn't want to go too crazy with a striker... 20m bought me this guy. Maybe slightly over paid but I like him. His speed is amazing. His finishing puts me off a little but I suppose the proof will be in the pudding. I'm not overly fussed about over paying for this guy because I got the next guy for a steal. This guy will be joining me from Brazil for 26k. He could be outstanding. I'm looking forward to seeing what his value jumps to once he comes. He doesn't come till July, Brazilian window I'm guessing. Well now this would be a complete game changer! Will be keeping a close eye over the Summer. I still have 50m in the kitty but I don't want to see the club go into the red so I think I'm going to hold onto it for now. Maybe dip in January or if somebody falls into my lap. Very excited about a potential Tycoon but we all know how quickly these can go. Champions League place does wonders. Keep the news coming as long as its positive. I'm also not looking to sell anybody. Unless an offer comes in too good to be true. I'm very happy with the squad. Yep that sounds about right. My worry is that I just won't be able to top last season in the slightest. Tasty tasty money! Not going to lie I completely forgot about this! And just like that the pressure is on. Top 6 is no longer seen as a brilliant season its seen as a bare minimum. Middlesborough are the team missing at 1000-1. Massive climb in expectations for the club. We are not expected to be at the top. 7-1 odds to win the league. I mean we were only 4 points off the title last season but it was won with a very low points tally! UEFA Conference League dropped me down a bit so I imagine it will increase again this season. It 100% will in 4 seasons time! Ethan Barnes is slowly getting erased from Fulham history. Mandy42
wasn't a triple though was it yes I'm going to be dining out on that one for a while ! 4 points off the top (and about 15 goals) is fabulous, but yeah, no more over achieving seasons now, you make it or they make you! andychar
Fulham Premier League Pre-Season We have no London Cup. Technically we are the best London team in the country and I don't need to prove it...and I couldn't find space to organise it! We start pre-season with a training camp in USA. I've decided I'm not going to buy anybody unless its a WBL or WBR as I think these are our weakest positions. I don't want to spend money just for the sake of spending. Plus it would be nice knowing I've got money in the bank if needed in January. Steady in America. Both first choice strikers have started well. I've decided I need a CB. I had it all planned out until that terrible injury last season for Yousefi. He isn't close to the player he used to be. 25m has got me this player. I think he could be a very good player. He will be a first teamer for sure. I have plans if this Tycoon happens but I'm not holding my breath. Here's the embargo and I'm glad I've done my shopping! Although worrying about the new manager. It literally lasted a day. Well I'm glad thats over! Odds have been released and they haven't changed. I'm 6th favourite and expected to finish in the Top 6 by my board. No pressure! 250-1 is a bit steep...either that or they know my record when it comes to strikers. 1000-1 to win best player but not anywhere near top goalscorer. I love the logic! 65-1 now you're talking! Nothing spectacular for the rest of pre-season and actually the only game I'd want to win we drew so that was annoying. andychar
Fulham Premier League Squad 2032-33 Goalkeepers Bought last Summer for 16.25m now worth double. I haven't got a bad word to say about him. 35 goals conceded in 38 league games 17 clean sheets and an average of 6.91. Played every single one of my 60 games last season. Dan is his back up and if I get my way will not see any game time again. I had a bid for him but he told me he didn't want to leave and I didn't really want to go out and find a replacement so I'm happy to keep him. Defenders You've seen my new signing. Happy with him although at 25m a bit pricey, William Tapia is good and can only improve. Bought for 6.75m January 2031 he's been a rock. 50 league games for the club, no goals, no assists but he is reliable at the back. Bought for 11.75m 3 Summers ago Aineto has been a rock. Played all but 3 games in 3 seasons and finished with an average rating over 7 last season. He is one of the oldest players at the club but I have no intention of letting him go just yet. Bought in January to help cover the horrible injury to a starter Dayot had a briliant end of season. Average of 7.09 he will be a more than capable back up. I hate his injury. He was such a big talent and his potential has dropped massively. I don't want to give up on him and hopefully he will see some football this season. I have Russell Gough as well who will spend the season on loan to Notts Forest. And there's also Vargas who rejected a contract to Middlesborough, I was very happy seeing him leave. 13m I could have got for him as well. Wingers Bought for 8.5m last Summer he was a bit of a surprise last season. He had a brilliant season and finished with 3 goals, 5 assists and a average rating of 7.16. First choice WBR. Bogle is a good back up. He was having a good season before injury. 14.5m 2 Summers ago he is one of only 2 players over the age of 30. He will do for now although his contract runs out in the Summer and I hate those wages! Biggest shock is easily this guy. He was bought as a squad player only but was forced into the line up with injury. 3 goals, 6 assists and an average rating of 6.94. He cost me 3.5m and is now worth 22m. I like Arranz. Always have since I got him for nothing! He is a more than capable back up even though his stats don't scream out. That being said WBL is the position I want to improve the most now. Defensive Midfielders One of the jewels of the team. He has been amazing since I bought him 8m in January of 2031 now worth 52m! 7.32 average last season. If he repeats then we should have another good season. Another more than capable back up. 1.9m he cost me in January 2030 and he's been more than worth it. 6.95 is first time he's finished with a below 7 average but he was still a good player to bring on off the bench. Midfielders Torres was bought last Summer for 22.5m my most expensive transfer to date. He was an instant starter before his injury but lost his place. 2 goals, 5 assists and an average of 7.06 last season. THE best player at the team. He has just signed a new 5 year deal which was massive for us. 15m 2 Summers ago was a bargin. 7 goals, 13 assists, 8 times Player of the Match and an average of 7.30. Monster. Crazy to think this guy is only 21! He was a monster at the end of last season. 8 goals he scored. He was instrumental in finishing 4th. He was bought for 3.7m the season we won promotion and he was going to be the star player. He hasn't quite reached that ultimate potential but still plenty of time. The only thing hanging over this player is that 50% fee owed to Metz. Luckily he's just signed a new 5 year deal. Gugu has arrived at the club, he's probably going to go out on loan to ensure he gets first team football and he isn't wasted on my bench. 1 season of first team football under his belt could be enough. Forwards I got Adjas for free. He just keeps getting better and better and he is going to be amazing. I will be giving him a new contract to get another 2 years. Just in case. 30 goals this season. I'm calling it. In the league it was 12 goals. 5 assists and an average of 7.14. I like Tim McCarthy he didn't quite have the season last season as he did 2 seasons ago but still managed 11 goals and 5 assists with an average of 7.06. I expect big things. You've seen my new signing. I don't know what to expect from him but at 20m and lightning I'm thinking he could be good to bring off the bench. Cargol is a player I trust to have on the bench and make a difference. He could be used as a striker or midfielder this season. He managed 26 apperances last season with 3 goals and 2 assists. Rumors are 4 teams are interested and if they hit his value it would be very hard to turn down! So there you have it. The squad in charge of finishing Top 6 this season. What do you think?
Mandy42
I think Cargol with high composure, decisions and vision, is ruined by a penalty taking of only 9! But I see what you mean by him having an impact off the bench. I think you have to sink everything into the Champions League, what is it 2M per win in the group stages? Don't lose too much ground in the league but with the money from progressing in the Champions League (which is a requirement anyway) you should be able to bring someone in, in January that will give you a boost if you need it. andychar
Fulham Premier League August 2032 We couldn't have asked for a harder start really. 4 out of last seasons top 8. Although 1 of them is the Community Shield. Which is the most pointless fixture......unless we win it. Just thought I'd check something really quickly... Ok then do it! We have 2 players on International Duty ahead of the Community Shield. They are at the Olympics. Liverpool of course have none. I thought I'd have a quick look at something regarding Gugu our new CM I have high hopes for... Bonus! He needs to go out on loan and get playing time. A lot of MLS teams interested. First time in a while our financial status isn't Rich. I'll take Secure though. Hopefully that balance will continue to grow again, although I think we will need that new Stadium in order to do this. I would have prefered a message saying "We are going to diddle you, would you like to Instant Result" could have saved 10 minutes. Both were second yellow cards and their winner was an individual defensive error. Awesome. For the second time in 4 seasons we start the season against Manchester United and this time were away. After the crap I've just watched I have no hope of a good start. Well looks like I'll be using Instant Result for the first game of the season! Given the touchline ban and its away to the team favourite to win the league I will 100% take this! According to the stats they were the better team as well. Watford at home next. We open our home account with a tricky game. Big win and I'm delighted with how we played. 4 different goalscorers already shows how spread the goals are going to be this season. Wolves away next, they struggled last season a bit. I think we will be favourites but only just! We should have won. Obviously happy to get the point but we shouldn't have been relying on a late penalty. A point is a point but this one feels like 2 dropped. Chelsea at home next and a very early test as they are top with 100% record. Cha Ching! Draw time! Rematch of last seasons FA Cup Semi in the Carabao Cup. I don't think I will be taking this seriously. Although the board expectation is a Quarter Final Apperance. Now for the big one... We are 4th seeds which isn't a surprise. Quite frankly this is an absolute dream draw! There's nobody I fear here. Away games are going to be tough but this could have been a lot worse! So last time we played Chelsea we beat them 5-0. Would love a repeat! Well its not 5-0 but I will take it 100% of the time. Why thank you very much. Very early league table reads well to say we have played 3rd and 5th already this season. Unbeaten. I'll take it.

I rejected a bid for Cargol because didn't want to leave myself short! 17 hours ago, Nobby_McDonald said: Great season Andy. Cheers Nobby. Here's to much more! andychar
Fulham Premier League September 2032 Good start to the season important we build on it. We also start out Champions League and Carabao Cup journey this month. Big game against Spurs. The new powerhouse! Steady win against Boro. Keeps us unbeaten. We start our Champions League adventure next and I'm excited. I don't know what to expect. Good news. One less player to worry about. We have arrived. Obviously we blew up at the end but that's a huge win in a game we dominated. I didn't realise the money was that high. Potentially 15m to be won just in the Group Stage alone! Another record gone! That's gonna get shattered in 3 years time. Everton at home next. On paper we should be winning. Another close game and another we could have won better but at the moment its all about the points. Good old Ethan Barnes is the gift that keeps on giving. Forest away in the cup. Board want Quarters. I couldn't give a monkeys. Reserves will start. 9 changes are made. At least there can be no ET. Well it took pens but its a win. We were the better team and should have won it but we didn't. I'm fairly happy to be through. Spurs away next. They are top so a real big test. If we win we leapfrog them. My poor reserves are going to take a battering in the next round of the Carabao Cup. At least we are at home. Boring. Technically our second 0-0 in a row but its a great point really. Neither side deserved to win so its fair. The 700th game comes in Fulham's first ever away Champions League game. I'm not being funny but how the hell do you break your toe running?! Fantastic win. Just the injury to Adjas at the end of the game which is going to set us back. Glad I didn't sell Cargol now! Tables look like this... It's been a good start really. Lots more football to play but we are were we want to be. Things are looking brilliant in the Champions League. Back to back games against Porto. We could be safely through after 4 games.
andychar
Fulham Premier League October 2032 Lots of home fixtures. Some big games. Including Liverpool. Here we go again. Wonder if we will break the personal best for transfer embargo. It currently stands at 1 day. I feel the strikers haven't started well and we are getting our goals elsewhere. This actually fills me with confidence. It makes me think once they get firing on all cyclinders we could be unstoppable. First half we were awful. Like proper terrible. Second half we were much much better. I think we deserved a point. It keeps us unbeaten. We are proving hard to beat. Burnley away next. A Burnley who haven't picked up a single point in 8 games. We all know exactly how this is going to play out. There is a massive International Break in between though which is good because we were starting to look a bit fatigued. We are grinding out results. I thought it was going to be one of those games but not for long. We deserved it and we march one. Our only Champions League game next. If we win we are going to put ourselves in a brilliant position. Great result. Deserved as well. 8 points clear. 3 games to go, 2 of which are home games. I think we are through! Games are coming thick and fast at the moment. West Ham at home is our next game. We need to keep the pressure on at the top. 3rd 2-1 win in a row. I'm not complaining as long as they go our way! City at home in the cup. I will be giving some players much needed rest. Such an underwhelming 300th game. Great news. Lets get the next lot on the go. Training Facilities are state of the art. 6 changes made ahead of City. I don't think we will go through but truth be told I'm not massively fussed. We exit the cup without scoring or conceding a single goal. It also means we have gone out on penalties in this competition 4 out the last 5 seasons. Leicester at home finishes the month off. Lets finish strong! We finished strong! Finally Koffi is showing signs of why I bought him! We remind unbeaten in the league only 2 point off Arsenal. Its been a great start hopefully we can keep it up heading towards November and Christmas.
andychar
Fulham Premier League November 2032 A much more managable month. The latest. I've heard this before. Pure domination from start to finish. Could have been more but I'm happy with win. We face Lyon next with Top spot up for grabs. We would need to lose 5-0 in order to lose it. 16 days until our next game. Southampton away. Early goal set us on our way. We should have scored more but as mentioned before as long as we keep picking up points I'm happy. Another goes. I can't imagine this is the end of it. Lyon away in the Champions League. A point ensures top spot. I will be make a few changes. Good point ensures top spot. Suppose to be an easier draw but we shall see! Great group. We got lucky with the draw but still had to do the job. As it stands with 1 gameweek left we could draw one of the following... Real Madrid, Juventus, Barcelona, PSG, Bayern, Monchengladbach, Inter, Monaco, Marseille, Lechia, Sevilla. I know which half of that list sounds better! Newcastle at home next. We need to keep the pressure on! If we beat Newcastle we make history. Koffi really finding his feet at Fulham. I'm really happy about this. We sit on our own at the top of the table. If we can keep this up through the Christmas period then we will start to believe. Next up small matter of Arsenal away.
andychar
Fulham Premier League December 2032 Big month. Two very tricky away games. Luckily I can rest players for the Champions League. Very good point. Very good result for the chasing pack. Both teams remain unbeaten. Sheffield United at home next. These results are what championships are built on. 1-0 down then 2-1 down and at 2-2 a man down. To pick up the win here is huge. We finish the Group Stage of the Champions League. I will be resting as many people as possible. Great win by the back ups. Obviously I couldn't swap everybody but its good to see such a great performance. It means the table finishes like this... We dominated. We can draw any of the following... Juventus (Zebre), Barcelona, PSG, Bayern, Monchengladback, OM or Valencia. I know which 3 I'd prefer. Fingers crossed the draw is kind. City away up next. Glad I've rested some players. We play on the Sunday so we at least know no matter what we will be staying top. Good feeling! Arsenal are still unbeaten though! Amazing late comeback from 2-0 down. We probably didn't deserve anything out of this game to be fair but I'm not going to complain! Mid-table Stoke at home next. Potential banana skin. It will pop up with this every now and then. Never not going to screenshot it! Arsenal's 49 game unbeaten streak still stands...I don't quite think we will be reaching that! First time since I've joined that its not been doom and gloom. Finally money well spent! Not going to lie and I hope this doesn't come back and bite me in the bum but I'm delighted with this draw! Not happy with this result. Yes we got a late goal to snatch a point but we shouldn't have been in this position in the first place. 2 points dropped and the first bad result in a while. We have our back to back games now against the same opposition. This season its mid-table Aston Villa. We start away. Has to be said if we are serious about winning this title we need to win both games. Really not good enough. Missed several chances including what I would call an absolute sitter. Goals from strikers have dried up and we are starting to struggle a wee bit. Yes we remain unbeaten but it means nothing if we can't turn draws into wins. We finish the year at home against Villa. We need a much better performance. What a terribly frustrating way to finish the year. We are still unbeaten in the league this season but with 4 draws in a row and 5 draws in the last 6 its really not good enough. We are heading in the wrong direction. Still only 3 points off top so its not looking bad at all. I'm just concern with those draws. We need to turn them into wins if we are going to keep up with the leaders. Its important to remember the aim is Top 6. We are 7 points clear of 7th.
Mandy42
Like my save, goals have just dried up. We've only lost 1 game in the league but we are 12 points behind because of the number of draws. Though we only need top 10. Hope you turn it around. Fantastic maiden champions league season

Fantastic maiden champions league season The Stikers just haven't been performing all season (just for a change!). My new signing Koffi has like 11 goals but they have come in like 4 games! I'm delighted with Champions League, I fancy beating Valencia as well! I am confident of Top 6, I think the title might be a stretch but Top 6 is good enough for me! andychar
Fulham Premier League January 2033 Fingers crossed we find a way to win again before the title slips away. Couple of big games. We start in the Cup. I'm going to rotate. After the Christmas period its vital. We need to pick up as many points as possible in the league before the Champions League gets back underway. We start the month losing 2 players. Both our back up WBR and WBL have gone. Irranz was getting annoyed with not starting games and I couldn't promise so with his contract running out in the Summer I decided to cash in. 10.5m and he's gone. Jayden Bogle is also gone. He was brilliant for us when we won Promotion to the Premier League. He had a big wage and his contract also ran out in the Summer. Only got 3.9m for him but its better than he leaving for nothing. Speaking of leaving for nothing Upamecano has been told we won't be renewing his contract. He wanted 140k a week. Absolutey not! We have no than enough back up in CB so I'm not worried about him leaving. I've put a quick 800k bid in for a back up wing-back. Just to keep us going until the Summer. WBR and WBL are the two positions I really want to improve in the Summer. Good win by the back up's. Books our place in Round 4. Board want 6th Round as a minimum. Expectations continue to rise. Norwich at home next. Before I'd say we should be winning but my confidence has been knocked a wee bit recently. Gonna keep bringing this up until it goes! He isn't fantastic to say the least. But he cost 800k. He's a back up. He knows he's a back up and he's worth 8m. He is a stop-gap to the Summer so I'm fairly happy. Another Championship side away in the next round and Forest will be sick of the sight of us! It means we no longer play Liverpool this month. We play them in March. I'm thinking I still want to rest and rotate for this tie. Ok here we go. Transfer drama. After selling the back up WBR. Real Madrid have come in for my start Bicciconti. I obviously rejected which obviously has unsettled him. I asked what it would take. He wants to win the Champions League, I'm not stupid. I've not promised him this. I promised I'd sell him if Real Madrid came again. So far Man City and Southampton have come forward with insulting bids. I'm going to keep offering him out for 60m in the hopes he will see I have tried and be happy. Then hopefully by the time Summer comes he's happy again....either that or Real Madrid will come back! Jesus Christ! Don't care about the late equalier it shouldn't have taken that damn long. I'm getting sick of these draws now. 5 in a row. 6 in 7. Its not good enough! Absolutely pointless being unbeaten when we are 5th in the league and falling further and further behind the leaders. Spurs at home next. I demand a win. We fall 8 points behind top although we have a game in hand. I think maybe we need to focus on finishing Top 4, Top 6 at the worst. (We haven't beaten Spurs during this save). I've accepted an offer for Bicciconti. 50m from Chelsea. That will be him going. He wanted to win the Champions League so he's going to a team currently playing in the Europa League. Ok then. Well we bought him for 8m so its a 42m profit on the player. Can't grumble I suppose. I've put a bid in already for a replacement. He will be another stop-gap till the Summer. Get in! Huge win. Such a relief! West Ham away now and a chance to get the ball rolling again. There it is again! What can I say? Almeida comes at the end of his contract (1.1m compensation). He is a little older than I normally go for but Bouzidi is showing signs of being unhappy so I'm bringing him in as a back up for CDM just in case. Worst case scenario is he will be cannon fodder next January! Big win. They missed a penalty before getting the late goal so could have been worse. Good to see Koffi on the scoresheet again. No striker this season has really grabbed the season by the...well you know. Forest in the Cup next. Given the circumstances the FA is 3rd on the list of priorities and we have been given a chance to maybe rest players and sneak through. I will be taking it. Wanna see a panic buy? He will plug the gap which will be eventually left by Bicciconti leaving. He cost me 12.25m. Steep price to pay for a 30 year old. I know I've been ripped off but he was the best I could have gotten. WBR has not become a critical position to strength in the Summer and I may end up blowing my entire budget on it. For now though Bicciconti stays... Well there he goes. Not happy but I don't want to keep players here against their will. We should have a good transfer budget in the Summer in order to replace him. When I'm not panic buying! I stormed out because you asked me if a player I sold yesterday is a good fit for tomorrow's game you ass hat. Aye that'll do it. Good win by the back ups. We progress to the 5th Round. Cargol proving why we need to keep him around. We finish the month as we started it in the league against Norwich. And it won't be the last time we see them! Good draw. Our first home draw in the Cup for God knows how long! Chance to reach the Quarters again. And now Lucio my starting keeper is being unsettled. This is a nightmare! I have a week to survive otherwise I need a new keeper. That will do I mean... We can't all be Man City. I rejected a bid for Lucio on deadline day. It wouldn't have left me enough time to get a replacement. A bit skewed with games in hand. We are looking good for a top 5 finish which is good. Title challenge still going.
andychar
Fulham Premier League February 2033 We return to Champions League action this month! First up though... I've had worse months. Very happy we kept Lucio. I'll see what happens in the build up to Summer. We may need a new GK for next season. One of these isn't like the other. Watford away starts the month, always a tricky game. I don't know why fixtures are all over the shot but they are. Another disappointing draw. Another 0-0. Can't remember having as many 0-0 draws as we have had this season. It shows the defence are doing the job but the strikers seem to constantly let us down. Just for a damn change! I feel like just ripping the lot out and starting again with them! We are at home to rock bottom Burnley next. This needs to be a hammering really. I've taken matters into my own hands. He isn't as good as Lucio but its close. He comes to us for his release clause of 10.25m. I couldn't take the risk of him signing a new contract so I snatched him up now. You never know Lucio might stay yet. Here we go again! Huge week coming up. Man Utd at home then a trip to Valencia in the Champions League. This is our 8th 0-0 in all competitions this season and its simple not good enough. I don't care about who we were facing this is 2 points dropped. We did absolutely everything except score. We just didn't hit the target enough. I am so disappointed in the strikers because I know they are so much better than they are being. Valencia away next. Be good to get an away goal or 2 under our belts, take the pressure off the second leg. I think its a winnable tie. This is impressive...but the 12 draws this season in the league isn't! Right that's it. These strikers are gone. I've lost all faith in them completely. Valencia deserved nothing from this game absolutely nothing. Strikers do the job they are paid good money to do the this tie would be over. Instead we have a uphill battle next month at home. If we concede I think we are as good as done because I don't trust them to get 2 goals never mind 3. Stoke away next. I'm expecting absolutely nothing. Its a win. Its not a convincing win in the slightest but its a win. Liverpool win the Carabao Cup so at least its an extra place for Europe via the League. Top 6 now. Still unbeaten. Still chasing the Top 4. Our game in hand is against Liverpool so I don't hold too much hope of winning it. Top 4 is gonna be tight this season. I think we have got ourselves Top 5 at the very least which is what the board wanted.

andychar
Fulham Premier League March 2033 The big games this month involves Manchester City and Valencia. We start however in the FA Cup. I will be switching some players out. I'm not taking this as serious as I did last season. We have the chance to win the League and that takes the prioirty. It wasn't pretty much it was a win. It puts us into the hat for the Quarter Final. Although quite why we bothered I'll never know. Big games! City is massive. We really need to win. Important not to lose. Huge absolutely huge! I can't stress this enough. We were the better team and deserved the win. The important thing is now to make sure we don't waste this result. Third time's the charge. Sheff United away next. Lucio will miss his first games since joining last Summer. Dan Cole will get the nod. He should still be able to do a job. Great performance and a great win. Clean sheet for Dan Cole. Amazingly that's it for me in the league. Valencia next. We trail 1-0. We need another clean sheet otherwise I think it might be curtains. I have no words. We were unlucky in the first leg but Jesus we were awful here. Talk about crashing and burning. I thought this was a winnable tie. I was massively wrong and it shows that we have so much work to do in order to be competitive in Europe. We finish the month in the FA Cup. Away to City. The month has been good in the league but I think that might be it for cups. At least we hit the board expectation! 3 decent in the Youth Intake. I've had to make a few changes ahead of the Quarter Final against City. I don't fancy my chances against them so I've decided to prioritise the league. Could we avoid our first domestic defeat? (In normal time anyway). No. I wanted to show the stats here to show that it was just one of those games. We had a man sent off at 2-0 and honestly we had chances to make this a really close game. Its a loss, we are out the cup but we weren't shamed at all. Silver lining is we have the chance to focus on the league now. I think we are really missing Lucio. Luckily there's an International Break so chance for him to recover. So thats it for the month, strange to finish half way through! We have silverware this season! We won the Leasing.com trophy...well our Under 23's did. Watched by over 8000 people! We seem to have spent our life in 5th this season. With games in hand won we can overtake Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea and only be 2 points behind City. Lots of what ifs. Huge month next month as we face all 3 teams mentioned above. andychar
Fulham Premier League April 2033 So after crashing out of both cups its a month full of league fixtures. I was wrong on the previous post. I thought we played United but its actually Arsenal. Lots of cruical games this month. Its going to be far from easy. Our easiest game on paper is the first one against Southampton. I think its safe to say we have massively missed Lucio between the sticks. Good month in a season which has been disappointing for Adjas. Still time to turn it around though! I've rushed Lucio back for this one. Fingers crossed it was the correct decision. Expect to see a whole new line up next season. I'm getting sick of these lack of strikers. If we actually had strikers who could do their damn job this league would already be won by now. I think that's pretty much it now. In terms of the Title anyway, we need far too many times to screw up. Hopefully we can still challenge for a Top 4 place. Starting with Liverpool away. I don't hold much hope. My heart! Jesus what a horrible glourious game to watch. We scored against the run of play, they equalised and obviously I was happy with a point (for a change) but we scored straight from kickoff. Then they proceeded to batter us for the rest of the game. We held on for an absolutely huge win. We still need Liverpool to cock up at some point but this game gives us hope. We just need to be consistent with the wins! Leicester away next. They aren't having a great season so its a winnable game. We need to be at our best though. I think this is the furthest we have gotten so far with this. Is it really going to be 3rd time lucky? Ok I don't think it's going to be 3rd time lucky. I'm just going to stay focused on the football! Well bugger me! Not going to lie it all feels like a massive let down. No investments. Nothing. Just keep calm and carry on. F***. This. Game. Seriously. F***. Off. Ok. I've calmed down. Arsenal at home next. I don't think we can drop any more points this season if we have any realistic chance of winning the league. As it stands Champions League qualification is still in our own hands. Think its nearly time to start milking the end of the season... We are only 1 of 7 teams to turn a profit this season. My biggest concern thinking ahead is keeping the squad together. I think we are only 1/2 players away from really going for it. We just need to make sure we don't lose anybody. A few players are already hinting about wanting to leave to a bigger club so time is running out for me. I mean this is getting ridiculous now. Another draw. That's the title deffo gone. We still have Top 4 in our own hands we really need it if we have any chances of keeping certain players. Newcastle away next, its been a tough end to the season for us. Didn't think at this point the only game we would have won this month would be Liverpool away. Sweet buttery Jesus we won! We took control then took our foot off the pedal. Ok 4 games to go I'm going into milk mode. This is what the table currently looks like. Your eyes aren't tricking you. We are 4th. Lets face it City should win their 2 games in hand. The title race is heading down to the wire but I don't think we are going to be there. Way way way too many draws. I still can't believe we are unbeaten. Chelsea away. I don't fancy our chances, but then again I didn't against Liverpool...
andychar
Fulham Premier League Gameweek 35 4 games to go. We have a very outside chance of winning the league but Top 4 again would be great. Top 5 is in the bag which is the expectation of the board. I'd be happy with Europa League next season. My only worry is losing players in the Summer. The run in continues at the Bridge. We can close the gap to them to 2 points. Liverpool played in the early kickoff meaning they are 8 points clear of us with us having a game in hand. 4th minute - Fulham take the lead...oh no wait...its been disallowed. Offside. 20th minute - Chelsea have been turning the screw and go close. 36th minute - Fulham lead! And this time it will count. Totally against the run of play. Huge goal in the title race. Fulham lead but they don't really deserve it. Big 45 coming up at the Bridge. 50th minute - Chelsea pick up where they left off. Shot straight at Lucio. He will save them all day. 53rd minute - Chelsea are level. Its been coming Philip has been amazing this season and he adds another goal to his tally. 59th minute - Chelsea's turn to have a goal disallowed. Its only a matter of time now. 62nd minute - Unbelievable! Fulham lead again! Once again against the run of play. Koffi is super sub. 2-1. Can Fulham hold on to claim a priceless victory? 72nd minute - Chelsea go close again. A long range effort, Lucio looked beaten but just wide. Can Fulham weather the storm? 82nd minute - Is this the goal which ends Chelsea's title challenge? Fulham are 3-1 up. Bicciconti of all players loses the ball and suddenly its 2 v 1. Huge goal for Fulham as they look to keep there slim title hopes alive. 89th minute - Its 4. Chelsea have self-destructed and Fulham are going to claim a famous victory. Koffi again. He's been missing most of the season but has popped up when needed the most. I think its safe to say we well and truly FMed Chelsea. The packed fixture list is starting to take its toll. We have missed Bonnin in the middle of the park. Sarnowski is going to be a big loss now. I think his season is over. As mentioned before Liverpool won in the early kick off. United squeezed past basement boys Middlesborough. City play in the late game, any dropped points would go a long way... That'll do pig! Two things we needed to happen happened. Chelsea drop points, City drop points. The impossible is still on.
andychar
Fulham Premier League Gameweek 36 We start with some news... Good news because I didn't really want to get rid of him in the first place. I'm still dreaming of the impossible. On paper all of our last 3 games are winnable. If we do win them Top 4 will be ours. Wolves at home next for us. My hope with City is they will be burn out. They are still in the Champions League and have 2 games to make up in the league. Liverpool once again are the early kick off. Not like taking the pressure of them eh... Dropped points! The dream is still alive! Although the 93rd minute equaliser means we realistically need Liverpool to drop points in both their remaining games. Annoying. Incoming draw for us... 1 minute - Fulham are forced into an early sub. WBR and WBL have always been trouble positions for them and now they are down to their 2nd choice WBL and 3rd choice WBR. 6th minute - Barroso has chosen a brilliant time to get his first goal for Fulham. The back up WBL fires Fulham into a massive early lead. Dull first half. Fulham won't mind however. 49th minute - Angulo has been a mainstay in the Fulham team. He grabs his first goal for the club as Fulham take control. They have started both halves brilliantly. 53rd minute - It takes a brilliant save from Adjas to deny him. Still 2-0 Fulham. 60th minute - Another great save. Fulham doing what they can to improve the GD. 65th minute - Yet another save. Adjas must be thinking what he needs to do! 69th minute - And just like that its 2-1. Out of nothing really. Fulham could have been 5-0 up. They aren't and now its going to be a nervy finish. 72nd minute - It could and should be 2-2! A cross floated in headed on goal, if its on target its in. 73rd minute - Fulham go down the other end and punish Wolves for the miss. Adjas finally gets the goal he deserves! 3-1. Good win and much deserved. The pressure is being kept on. Easy wins for United and City. Chelsea play tomorrow...if they drop points we could be ahead of them. And drop points they do! One eye on City. They are running out of time to get these games in.
andychar
Fulham Premier League Gameweek 37 The impossible is still possible. We need Liverpool to drop points otherwise we are going to need a GD turnaround that is beyond impossible. We also have 1 eye on City who can take control of the league by winning both their games in hand. Our next game is Everton away. 14th in the league and already safe. This is a winnable game. I mean...yeah. Bit late to be telling me. We play before Liverpool this time meaning we could be level at the top if only for a few hours. At the risk of sharing too much I'm going to start the first half and nip to the loo so no updates! Fulham's season has been littered with 0-0 draws as the strikers have constantly let them down. 1 more would be a final nail. 45 minutes to grab a vital win. 76th minute - It's been a flat game. Everton playing like a team who have nothing to play for. Fulham playing like a team struggling with the weight of expectation. Everton are down to 10 men. Big chance for Fulham to grab a winner to keep their very faint hopes alive. 85th minute - That was a good chance. The sea parted for Torres and he takes aim. Wide. Time is running out. 92nd minute - The cross comes in and McCarthy gets his head on it but its an easy save for the keeper. That will be it. 93rd minute - Drama! Absolute drama! Just how big is that goal? All the pressure goes on Liverpool now. Can they handle it? City keep up the pressure. Man Utd and Chelsea play each other on Sunday. Can Liverpool win in the late game? No problems. It means if Fulham are to win the league they need a GD turnaround of 24. I don't see it personally! Another fantastic season. Not going to lie I was hoping for more transfer budget! Title has gone but at least we have gone down fighting. We can finish as high as 2nd still which would be nice. I won't milk the final game as it doesn't really mean much. andychar
Fulham Premier League Gameweek 38 So after everything... City won both games in hand 3-0 so it wouldn't have mattered about Liverpool anyway! Title race goes down to the wire but we aren't involved. Final game of the season? Liverpool v Manchester City. There is one thing though. That little 0 in the Losses column.I never thought I would be going through a Premier League season unbeaten, I never thought I'd be finishing 3rd maybe 4th if I did! I can't think a more apt way to finish the season. The result which in my eyes has cost us the title. City equalised in the 89th minute to win the league. Revenge for last season and the way they lost the title. We finished 4 points behind for the 2nd season in a row but finished with more points than last season so definate improvement. We are edging closer! Come on now we were title challengers right to the wire pretty much. Out of that only 3.8m is to be paid out in Pro-Rota to squad and staff. I mean. I don't really know how to feel. Can you really call yourself in invincibles if you failed to win the league? I don't agree with that signing of the season. I thought Angulo had a good season in defence. We were 12 people short of averaging a full house. Well the new board's expectations aren't high. We need to do everything in our power to keep this guy. Good news! We are slowly getting there. So think that wraps things up for another season.

Most of which I felt were 2 points dropped rather than a point gained. Hopefully we find a way to win these games next season.
andychar
Fulham Premier League Post Season 2032-33 My main aim this Summer is 100% keeping the squad in tact. We are a few players away from being amazing, and we are a striker getting on fire away as well. I've got somebody in mind I want to bring in but with only 50m I don't know if I'm going to be able to. No more loan from the Stadium. Yikes. As long as there are more green arrows than red arrows I'll be happy. More money! We could buu a new stadium all over again! Give me more money to spend! We currently have 3 players who are worth 60m+ I won't be selling them for at least double their value. I can see this is going to be the start of a hate-hate releationship. Well at least that's something I suppose. 3rd in the league, unbeaten season, not a single Manager of the Month award. That shows just how much we struggled to string a number of wins together. We are 46 games unbeaten in the Premier League meaning if we get to a good start we could break the record of 49 held by Arsenal. 10m sees this guy arrive. If push came to shove and we lost Lucio he would be more than enough to start. I think I could get 40m for Lucio if I was lucky. I want both WBL and WBR as mentioned several million times. But if push came to shove I'd be happy with my WBL core for another season. I need a WBR. 100% need one. I've had my eye on 2 people. One from Spurs other from Arsenal. The Spurs player they were asking for 90m which is way to much and the Arsenal player after a 50m bid was accepted was asking for 350k p/w. Jog on mate. Rot at Arsenal. Remember the Cypriot that came through the Youth System? Well he's going for what would be 12m. He plays in a position that I've not used in 12 seasons. I figure I might as well cash in on him now and future fees than ruin him. We are improving. I'm expecting to still be 4th seed in the Champions League. The London Cup is back! And this season we have Chelsea, Arsenal and Crystal Palace. For the first time a brillian line up. Technically for 2 seasons we have been the best team in London. Lets prove it! Trust me you are best leaving! We are heading into the Pre-Season phase and I've yet to find a WBR. I have my eye on somebody who isn't fantastic yet but has the potential. Every little helps! We are 4 star now. We haven't signed anybody unless its been pre-arranged. But more importantly we haven't lost anybody. Plenty of time to go however. Mandy42
4 points shy (And a bucket full of goals) for the 2nd season running. But as you said, more points and above expectations. Frustrating that the new board only want mid table. As 50 mil for mid table is good money. However finishing mid table would see a mass squad exodus from all the players wanting a "bigger club"

I might have to make some crazy promises this season to keep a few. Luckily I made sure key players were on ridiculously long contracts so nobody will be walking for nothing. I just need Adjas to produce the goals his stats are telling me he’s capable of.

Haha trust me I've been asking myself the same question! Fulham Premier League Pre-Season 2033-34 Ok this is going to be a short post because I've started this post twice and the Mrs has closed the tab twice. She will be punished accordingly. There were a few transfers in and out. After some aggresive scouting to fill the WBR position I copped out. 3.1m got me an aging TAA. I think he will go a good job still and could be what we were looking for. I'm liking the look of his crossing although his speed at 34 leaves something to be desired. 2 year deal. He will do for now as I continue my pursuit of a WBR for the ages! Russell Gough...yeah I forgot about him too! He went to Burnley for 13m but honestly with all the clauses and bonuses we saw about 6m of it! Bouzidi is the subject of a bid from Burnley, he wants to go but he's no longer unhappy so I don't know what to do. Its 22.5m which will rise to 31m with installments for what is a back up. The only position I want now is a WBL. I have a semi decent starter but my back up is shocking. I have made a bid for a 30 year old Madrid player but I've delayed it as I'm not sure. I decided to sell Bouzidi. I didn't want to but we had players who could fill in at CDM if needed but Bonnin is an absolute beast so it will be few and far between. I couldn't turn down 31m for a back up in the end at the risk of him becoming unhappy again. I've cancelled the bid for the Madrid player, instead I've sunk a lot (all) of the budget into somebody from Inter. Its waaaaaaaaaay more money than I want to spend but if I can get him it should mean if I play this right I won't need to buy anybody for a few seasons! Make or break signing. I love some of his stats but hate others (crossing). I have blown everything into this guy. If it comes off then I will win the league, if it doesn't then that could be curtains for me at Fulham. Not going to lie, I'm nervous. Derby are 20th at 1000-1. For the first time we are actually looking at good odds. 8-1 to win the league means we are going to be a threat. I've strengthed both positions I wanted to. The only question mark is the strikers. I know during a paddy I said I will be getting rid of them all but I just can't bring myself to do it. Tim McCarthy once finished 2nd in the Golden Boot race. Last season Koffi finished 5th and Adjas just has the ability. I still maintain if one or two can get firing this season we could romp the league, proven by unbeaten 3rd place last season (way to many 0-0's). Please be worth it...I'm thinking...If I keep him for 10 years it will only be 6.5m per year! It bodes well we are actually mentioned in the top Goalscorer list! Nobody is expected to be Best Player. Awesome stuff! Bonnin is going to be massively important for us this season. If I ever have to get rid of him he isn't going for less than 100m. So the transfer saga of Lucio looks set to finish in him leaving for 37m. I wanted 40m but it would be stupid to not accept 37 given his state of unhappiness. Not going to lie will be sad to see him go. He's been an absolute rock. I'm happy we got a replacement for 10m though. Dan Cole will continue to play second fiddle. Bless him. Barroso goes for 7.5m. We signed him in January for 800k. I'm pretty happy about it. I'm expecting that to be that. After all that we actually made 10m more than we spent so I'm quite happy! Takes pressure off that massive 65m spent. So how did the actual football go? Very hectic with only the one loss. Some good results against big teams. Despite the loss we defended the London Cup. And with that the season is ready to begin. I have such high hopes that really I can only be left disappointed!

Maw74
Great save, really enjoying following your updates, what a season! Unbeatable but 3rd that is hard especially as the teams above lost 4 and 5, Hopefully you can stay unbeaten but if you lose 2 or 3 but pick up more wins and the title then who cares. andychar
Fulham Squad 2033-34 It's that time. Time to show the team which will hopefully lift the title this season, although I'd be happy with Top 6 again. Goalkeepers You've seen the new keeper in charge of filling Lucio's boots so I won't show again. I'll show you Dan Cole... Decent enough back up although he was a bit of a liability in the losses against Valencia and Man City last season. Amazing he's been happy playing second fiddle for 2 seasons and this season is no different. Defenders Nothing new here but lets look at them anyway. Bought for 25m last Summer. His value hasn't gone up but he's been valuable to us. Played in all 38 league games last season with an average of 6.92. Solid with much room to improve. Very happy with him. Another young Colombian. Bought for 6.75m he's had 2 and a half season's with us. Played all 38 league games with an average of 6.93. Once again solid and once again much room to improve. Aineto bought for 11.75m 4 years ago he's missed 7 league games in those 4 seasons. 4 of which were last season with an average of 6.94. On the right side of 30 but still very much in my plans. Yousefi just wasn't himself after the injury meant he missed 7 months. He's a good back up and has youth on his side. Vargas is another that didn't quite reach their potential. I have no problems with him as a back up but if we need to sell he will be first out the door. Wing Backs You've seen both my new signings. I won't show again. But here are the back ups. A panic buy in January to fill a gap left by a sale. He played 14 games, scored twice assisted twice and averaged 7.07. Quite a decent stat line to say his stats aren't fantastic. Will be used this season as TAA I imagine will have low stamina. This guy continues to be the surprise signing for me. 3.5m 2 seasons ago. He played 28 games with an average of 6.75. Not fantastic to say the least which is why I've spent 65m to replace but he will do a job when called upon. Defensive Mid I can't tell you how much our season depends on this guy. 8m 3 seasons ago he played 33 games last season 2 goals, 6 assists 6 PotM average 7.40. He is probably a massive reason why we didn't concede as much while still contributing going forward. He's signed a new contract and I couldn't be happier. We don't really have a set bacl up for him. Its more, whose free to take over. Any 1 of 5 really. Midfield One new midfielder who came to us for nothing. 30 but looks solid. Did I mentioned he was free, now worth 53m he could net me a tidy profit! Love this guy. You can see why. 35 games last season 7 goals 6 assists 5 PotM average 7.28. Want big things from him again. Plenty of time on his contract. Torres is 3rd choice but will see plenty of games I'm sure. 22m he cost 2 seasons ago. 2 goals 2 assists 3 PotM average 6.91 over 30 games last season. Hard to believe this guy is only 22! Feels like I've had him forever. 4th choice but again he will see plenty of game time. 31 games last season 6 goals 6 assists average of 6.98. I am more than happy with my midfield core. Strikers No new strikers. I'm giving them one more chance. Adjas is still my guy. He was free now worth 59m. 33 games in the league with only 9 goals 4 assists and 4 PotM to go with it. Average 6.99. If he can have a big season we win the league. Koffi was top scorer last season 14 goals in 34 league games. If he can match this and get some help that's the key. Average 6.94. Lower than Adjas despite the goals. McCarthy has fallen down the pecking order. Played in 36 games last season mainly off the bench and scored the same as Adjas average of 6.94. He scored 17 in his first season with me so I know he can do it! If him and Koffi can match their best then there will be no stopping us. Cargol 4th choice but can still do a job for us. He played in 10 games last season in the league. 0 goals. 0 assists. 0 PotM average 6.61. That's why he's 4th choice.
